our family have 3.5 accers Devstan inam class- (iii) aggri land now we want to sale this land but some people say this is not possibal,but some people say if you pay Najrana(fees) to Goverment Govement give the permission this correct or no please guide.

I have received your replay regarding query of Interest on Security Deposit,thanks for the same.
If any Employee withdraw the Providend Fund contribution whether it is Taxable or not? If it is Taxable under which head it is to be shown and also under which section under the Income Tax Act.
Kindly advice for the same.

if a placement consultant who's tds has been deducted @ 11.33% and had not been issued the tds certificate to do some confilcts and difference in openion.
what can be done in such case.

Subhiksha trading co. deducted TDS from Rent and the balance of cheque for the rent was duly given for six months but after the end of the finncial year it was found from forms 26AS that they have not deposited the TDS and now i have to file the IT return and in absence of TDS certificate i can not take the benifit of the TDS.Do i have to depsit the tax for which i have not received the TDS certificate.Kindly send me the options and the recourse/action which can be taken against the Tax deductors
Whether Stamp Duty & Filing Fees for issue of Share capital in subsequent years can be claimed as deduction under section 35 D i.e 1/5 th every year including the year of Expenditure incurred.
Which is treated as Capital Expenditure for Tax Computation.
