Form 15 and transaction slip for sending scrap material

we are returning apprx. 5000 Nos of. used and empty catridges to HP, under HP's Take Back to Recycle in order to reduce environmental impacts.

These catridges have no commercial value and is being sent to HP for dstroying without causing any damage to the environment. This is NOT ASALES activity. We are a charitable hospital at Ernakulam and have no K Vat registration as we are exempted from registration as no commercial activities are carried out by us.

When we approached HP to take these catridges from our premises, HP engaged their transporter for picking up it from our stores. However, the transporter is now asking us to provide a form 15 and transaction slip. On the above we request you to kindly arrange to advise on the below ;

As we are being a Non commercial and a charitable hospital How we can issue a form 25 and transaction slip to the transporter for taking out all these items to HP upto Mumbai? Do we have any alternative on this.

As this activity does not involve / attract any commerical activity why these documents are still required by the transporter.

Is there any alternative way to handle the situation instead of submitting the form 15 and transaction slip as required by the transporter.

Kindly advise on it.

with regards
Anil

Withdrawal of suit by compromise

Facts - Authority X levies charge on Party Y.
- Ld Single Judge (in Appeal by Y) strikes it down by holding that it has no power of levying the said charge.
-Both the Parties files Appeals before Division Bench; matter pending
- Parties reach a compromise wherein Party X can levy the charge but it is reduced as per wishes of Party Y;
and both wish to withdraw their respective appeals.

Proposition - Can Party X & Y withdraw their Appeals based on a compromise, in light of the fact that Ld Single Judge struck down / set-aside the power of levy itself.

Fake Medical Bills

I see that many employees in the corporates give fake medical bills. Such medical bills are easily available in very cheap rates. Agents are easily available outside company gate to provide the same.

Medical bills worth Rs.15000/- are available in just Rs.150/-

These bills are reimbursed against the medical reimbursement. Corporates officials are already aware of this but still they accept these bills without any verification.

Where should this problem be reported?

Query

Please Help, I had applied for the trust and the trust is registered as Religious Trust Due to Religious Trust we are unable to get 80G exemption Certificate . We carried out charitable activities during the last three to four years. 80G exemption was rejected on the basis on some objects of Trust deed . After this rejection we communicate with Alibag Charity Commissioner and given application for remove religious object. The Assistant Charity Commissioner Raigad Region, Alibag Passed the order and accepted the changes. As per me IT Officer (Exemption) should consider the changes and accept the trust as charitable. But the officer told to terminate(cancel) the trust and form a new trust. My doubt is new trust will have same trust name and even pan number will be same. I think trust should be amended rather than cancelling and forming new trust. Please help me by any section or case law to proof
