My grand mother(mother's mother) has a land 3000sq yards and she died and her husband is alive, someone occupied the land and my mother and her sisters given authority to their brother to attend court and fight for the land. Now recently we came to know that my mothers brother who was given authority made an deal with the other party for compromise and has taken money and case was disposed. Noone know about this. Now he is not giving money. What to do for this, in what way we have to file a case and how she can get money share..as a granddaughter I have any authority to file case or only my mother has to put. Please suggest me which type of case... Kindly suggest me

Can a partner, out of the only 2 partners in a partnership write a will in favour of the other partner in context of the property acquired under the name of the partnership? if not then what is the procedure?

Hi Sir/Madam,
My wife's grandfather registered his acquired land on my wife's name as a gift and he clearly mentioned that He or his successors can't claim on that land.Now my wife's brother demanding that all his grandfather's land should be converted on his name. My father in law is alive. Please tell me whether he can claim on that land or not and if he can claim what will be the share of each?

In the month of April we booked a under construction flat with lodha palava in dombivali. We have paid them almost 3 lacs for the same however we have not yet done the Stamp duty and registration
While selling the flat we were not taken to the exact location of the flat. We discovered it later that it is at taloja
Also the flat sold to us was different than what was assigned to us and this we realised later when we got our lodha login credentials and the site details were updated there.when we asked them to correct it on their site they refused saying it's not possible however we will get what is verbal told to us.
We approached lodha for cancellation but they are willing to pay only 50% of the amount back
Please guide us what we need to do to get our money back.

Hi, I have a query as follows...which needs a detailed clarification from the Experts. We intend to construct a Steel re-rolling mill in 2008 (non-operational now) and approached all concerned departments for necessary approvals. Although receieved all NOC certificates including DTCP/BDO/LPA approval for "Planning permission & Building lincence for Industrial building" after paid all necessary development charges to Local Planning Authority & DTCP (in 2008); the classification of land not been converted, yet. When we approach DTCP, they said that area comes in non-planning area (Sivaganga Region), which is not in their jurisdiction as they not able to name the Zone as "Industrial". Parallely, we approached Revenue department as well & they also said that they dont have powers to convert as "Industrial" but the local Tahsildar given a Certificate marked that the land is "Dry Land & Not an Agri Land". But the A-Register/Adangal shows only as "Punja Land" where it not solves the issue as the Land Classification in Encumbrance Certificate of TN Land Regn. shows as "Agricultural Land". Hope you aware that, recently, our Govt passed a G.O. to Change of Land use from Agri to Non-Agri purposes (2017) but it seems for new development. But we already got all development approvals in 2008 itself. So, I kindly request you to let us know how to change the land use as "Industrial(Non-Agricultural)" from "Agricultural"? Because, none of the "Banker" is not willing to fund Industries, which falls in Agricultural areas. Thanks in advance.

My queries are related to a flat (in name of my younger brother) in Haryana for which possession is already received but conveyance deed with HUDA is yet to be formalized. After that it will be registered in his name. Now he wishes to give it to my elder brother from whom he has taken money. Which is the proper way of transfer of property because their is no sale involved in it.
My queries are: whether he can gift it him as he has share certificate and allotment letter in his name but conveyance deed not done yet, or
Transfer of membership by submitting our request to society.
Kindly also suggest documents needs to be submitted in both the cases. Thanks and regards.

Me and my brother have 95% portion in a pond/ talab whereas so many other partners( almost 6) are there in totally they have only 5% . now the pond became non productive . can I go for Court for partiton Mamla and can it be fruitful?
