Hello,
I live in Hyderabad and was gifted (by title deed) an apartment by my parents. The apartment is located in Virar,Palghar district, Maharshtra State. I've lost/misplaced the title deed while shifting to my new home.
Could you please advise on how to get a duplicate copy? Should I file an FIR with my local police and hen approach the registrar of Palghar district?
Thanks & Regards
A wife & four adult siblings got equal share of the property of the t deceased husband--- because he died with out writing a WILL., as per well settled law'--now the mother wants to give her share to only one sibling../// Query is why not share it with all siblings , as it is not her self acquired property???

Dear All i am building a house at my Native Place Devrukh Ratnagiri on Loan on my ancestral property . I have got all necessary documents like 7/12 Property card all on my single name and my title is clear. My 7/12 and property card denotes my land is non agriculture but for applying home construction loan bank has asked for N.A certificate which is not available with me. I went at local talathi office to get Na certiifcate but they were unable to trace it. As per their information this land N.A was done in 1969 and its difficult to trace such old record doucument.Talathi has given me some registration No 2 uttara which states that this is N.A plot. But bank is insisting on N.A certificate. Requesting you to please let me know if there is any alternative for Na certificate.

Patta for anadheenam land
My friend has purchased a vacant land property in the year of 1999 through a valid sale deed in chennai. Further, he planned to construct ground floor, for which he applied for planning permit and building permit in the year of 2000. The same was alloted and construction was completed and he occupied the house. On 2008, he planned to construct 1st floor on the same property and applied for planning permit and building permit in the year of 2008. The same was alloted and construction was completed by obtaining an housing loan. he occupied the first floor and rented the ground floor. Now the housing loan was closed by due payments. Now, when he is trying to apply for patta it is stated that the land is "anadeenam" land hence patta cannot be given. from the year 1999 to till date he paid all the taxes levied by the corporation. how to obtain patta for the said property
