Use of residence for professional practice

I hear that it is not necessary for any professional - lawyer, architect, CA, CS etc to have a commercial property to practice. He can do so from residential property as well. MCGM has issued blanket permission in this regard. Is it true? Can anyone give me a copy of the permission.

Father&mother have died long days ago.They have three married sons& three married daughters.The eldest son,his wife & their only son have died recently.Who will be legal successors of eldest son now?

rights in shared building

We had purchased the second floor of a three story building, with roof rights.Can the owner of the building keep invertor and other personal things in the common enterance and stairways.If no, how can we stop him in doing so

rectification deed

i purchased a flat in 2005, recently i found that share certificate's distinctive numbers in my purchase agreement are wrongly mentioned where as society has transferred share certificate in my name, now I wants to make a rectification deed but my seller from whom I purchased in 2005 is not available, how can i make a rectification deed and make it registered. if possible send a draft of rectification deed also.

regarding land acuisition act

Advance Money

I have sell my house 2 month Before in Rs 250,000/-.
The buyer is only give to me rs 1100/- as an adavnce for purchase .
there is no written aggrement between us .
i want to Know what is minium advance .
adavance is depend on worth of property or its mutuall aggreement .

A has acqired his property . He wants to distrbute among his family members by a partition deed with the consent of all.

Sell a gifted property

Is it possible to restrict a person from selling a gifted property.

Eg: A gifted a property to B. Can B be restricted from selling this property without the consent of another person like the son / wife / legal heirs of B.

If yes can anyone pls give the relevant text for the same...

Gift to multiple persons

Is it possible to gift same property to more than one person simultaneously.

Eg: A wants to gift a property in the name of B & C (say husband & wife) simultaneously.
