respected sir, my sister who's married last year { with hindu rituals}and her married life was totally disturbed by her mother in law and father in law who is actually step dad as a result my sisters hubby took a decision of living separately with his wife as a result his mother started blackmailing him of his wifes life and took his signature on the documents of possession of property the document stated that he is will fully transferring his property to his mother and in future he will not at all interfere and claim his property due to which the couple now are facing financial cries,she also is torturing them emotionally and giving false messages to the couples relatives and friends that the couple died in car accident, what step should be taken to stop all this and about the property or they should not claim and forget about the property? please advice sir

Dear experts ,in 1955 one child[male son]s age was 15-16 years old ,can the child got entry in revenue records in kasraa pahanee as pattedar? here the chid father was died in 1944. with out recording her name and childs name in the records of revenue ,&the childs mother also not recorded her name, the property is ancesstral property ?can it is admitable to entere childs name in revenue records?in 1954-1955 records?

Late filing of GPA inrespect of a PCT Application in India

Dear All

We have filed a National Phase PCT application with the Indian Patent Office in Chennai. More than six months have passed since then. We have not filed the General Power Of Attorney executed in our favour. How can we file it now?
Is there a fee for late filing?
Is there a specific petition that we should file?
Please advise.

hai I Senthil Kumar i want to know the details regarding new construction. I have a joint oroperty in Dindigul, Tamilnadu. The property belongs to me , my brother and my mother, we are not in good terms now, I am living in Kerala, without my knowledge they construct a new complex inthe propery and gives it to rent, i want to know about without my authorisatition if it is possible to construct any building in that property, if it is not possible then what steps that i want to taken against them please tell about this it is very urgent

Thanks for your reply to my earlier query.Accrdingly i had coolected all related documents of the said property,it is stated the name of land owner ( my grand father)with kul.

Secondly i want to know the my alomost 3 aker Land has been reserve by govt.under the punarvasan .Can i get the compensatation land for the same by govt?

preserved during trial

we are plantiff in the case of the injuction case of the plot and court gives the order the title of the plot is preserved during the trail of the case in the court and defendant is restrained out of doing the selling and made any third party interest in the plot .I asked you that whether this decision is in favour of us or not and also WHAT WILL DO IN THE FUTURE IN THIS CASE and also in the court we have submitted the registered gift deed on name of plaintiff and WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF THE COURT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF REGISTERED GIFT DEED AND WHAT WILL WE DO.
