My father has expired on 3 oct 2010, he has got 2 property in his name , dda flat in paschim vihar west delhi, 1 house of 208 sq feet in gurgoan sec 21, he has also left 32 bigha agriculture land , how can i get that all property in me and my brother name

I am a young person and have started Advocacy recently in a small city. I want to practice in the field of IPR. But there is no lawyer or law firm practising in that area in our city.
So, I request the experts to kindly suggest me as to how can I learn the practical aspects of IPR, without such help in our city.

12 years before we purchased a plot in a building with full payment and made notary but not registered it. Now the owner is not ready to transfer the plot by sale deed.
Recently we send a legal notice for which he replied that he was ready but we did not transfered for past 12 yrs.
a) What action we can take to get our property legally?
b) By regitering the document and paying the stamp duty now will solve the proble?
c) or we should go for self performance act
d) how long the entire legal process take?
Please help us out.

I want to know about the postgraduate diploma course in intellectual property rights conducted by Mumbai University. I wanted to know the following details:
1) It's duration
2) It's papers and syllabus
3) Names of colleges in Mumbai Affiliated to Mumbai University conducting this course
Sir/Madam I searched into the Mumbai University website, but no such detail has been provided.

a house in the name of elder daughter-in-law and the former business in the name of elder son is given to them which was previously in their father's name, as stated in the will made and registered 3 yrs back.
now the the younger son has an unregistered will with forge signatures of the father and has also received a stay on the property through fraudulent means.
In this will the signs are forged and the witness is THE YOUNGER SON IN WHOSE NAME HALF THE PROPERTY IS MENTIONED.
THE WILL ALSO STATES THAT THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST WILL HE HAS MADE THOUGH A PREVIOUS WILL THAT TOO REGISTERED IS PRESENT IN COURT.THIS WILL IS MADE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DEATH OF THE MAKER.
we want them to evacuate the house , so on what legal terms can a case be filed and what can be done if the house needs to be sold??

Joint IPR Application and related issue.
Dear all,
Kindly help me to solve my below mentioned query.
I am working in engeeniring unit , this Co. is 100 % subsidiary of the Japanese Company . We are using technology of parent company.
Now , my Company wants to develop one product for specific client , client want to patent the design of the product . As design will be developed by both Client & my Co. we want to make joint application for the patent of design.
Is it possible to make joint application for single Design ?
Where I can get the detail procedure for getting design pattented?
What kind of agreement we should entered in to with our client for specifying rights? can somebody provide me format of such agreement?
What additional Steps we will require to follow in this case as we are manufacturing products by using technology of parent Company ???
