Trade marks

Hello sir, I am practising as an advocate in Bangalore and I want to become Trade marks agent. According to the procedure one has to obtain a character certificate signed by the District Magistrate. My question is can a sitting Metropolitan Magistrate attest a character certificate.

Property sharing

HI Sir,

My Grandfather had married twice. He married 2nd wife after the death of 1st wife. he has 2 sons from 1st wife and 3 sons from 2nd wife, total 5 sons. My grand father is expired 2 years ago but my 2nd grand mom is still alive.My Father is also expired a long back. All my uncles are now wished to share the property. Can anybody let me know how can we share the property and what will be the ratio as per legal act, pls provide the legal act details too.

Election officer in registered housing society in u.p.

Sir,
I was elected as election officer in our housing society in General body meeting.Elections were held. Nominated members were elected unopposed.And RWA was formed.I use to carry my resignation letter during GBM.
After the last GBM,Newly elected vice president took my resignation letter from me, Without my consent. And kept the same in his pocket.After One day on enquiring about my resignation letter. He told me that the same has been destroyed by him.

Please advise me what can be done under U.P.Apartment act 2010.

Want to widhraw the warranty from bank

Hi,

i have an issue related to my property on which i need your help. my uncle has a firm on his wife name in which my father gives gurranty of his owned house to increase the credit limit in the UCO bank. my father is a second gurrentor. this limit is assiged on Two housed one is from my uncle and another one from my father end. we have no share in the firm. now some family dispute we would like to widhrawn the warranty of our house.how it can possible because my uncle is not responding properly and we want to widhrawn our house from the bank. Please give me suggestion.

Sucession certificate

Sir my mother have applied for succession certificate for a flat at thane Maharashtra as my left died without will and nomination.. since our next hearing of court is on 20 Oct 2015, as we have to file for release dead in favor of my mother, as we are 3 children, as my lawyer have said that photo ID proof is compulsory to show to judge, but one of my sister have no ID proof but she only have School leaving certificate and Marksheet, can anyone guide me as what should i do as i do not have her any ID proof.
