can i run my own office in my flat

Hello,
i am from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh and own a flat in an apartment. i have rented half of the flat to a family and run my office in the other half since the last 6 years.
Recently some members of the apartment are objecting to my office in the apartment even though its my own flat. They are even prohibiting me from parking my vehicle in the apartment in my parking slot which i had bought by paying 50,000/- to the builder. the members of the apartment (i guess it is a registered society) say that once i rent the flat to someone else, i do not have a right to park my vehicle in the apartment.
Well, i really have not read the bylaws and the management has not changed in like 5 years.
Who should i consult. Please someone tell me my rights(if i have any).
Thank you.

Transfer of 50% property share from husband to wife

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have 50% share in the 2BHK property in Thakur Village, Kandivali (E) where I reside with my husband from past 6 yrs. The first name in the property is my husband's name.

Our relation is heading for a divorce. By mutual consent my husband is ready to transfer the flat completely in my name.

My query is what would be the expense to transfer the 50% share of my husband to my name. Will the process involve paying the stamp duty and/or the registration? Will the duty be on only the 50% that is to be transferred or on the complete current value of the property? Who will have to bear the costs: me or my husband? How can I know the exact amount required for the process to be completed; viz the cost of the flat from some reckoner? And finally the steps/process, incase I am missing out on something crucial.

Please excuse for too many questions. Please help and thank you for the guidance in advance.

pre-dated agreements

I had entered into an agreement with a film producer for certain rights of a said film being assigned to me vide an agreement dated----1999, and paid the consideration by cheque. Now a business rival approached the same producer very recently and got an agreement signed pre-dating it to ----1995 and showed the same rights being assigned to him and showed paid consideration by cash.I know the whole deal to be fake one carried out to cheat me out om my legitimate rights as the business rival has only a few years back come into this business and has a reputation to do this kinds of deeds. Now if I go to court the court will only look into the date and declare him to be the right full owner, and ask me to seek action against the producer who will either pay me back my money or declare his inability to do so.I want to reveal and prove the truth of the document of my rival.
How do I go around doing this, the stamp paper has the name of the stamp vendor and the name of my business rival and shows the date purchased as around the date of the agreement. But it is a known fact that stamp vendors sell old dated stamp papers at a price as per the age of the paper and affix your name to it.How do i prove his crime-remember my deal has been done with a cheque and i can prove the transaction by my income tax filing on the said date/year.But my rival will not have this as proof/back up-will courts direct this course of investigation and rely on this as proof-is there any other course to follow?

THE LEASE HOLD PAPERS STATES THAT "SUB-DIVISION OF PROPERTY IS NOT PERMITTED"...MY (LATE) FATHER AND OUR FAMILIY ARE RESIDING IN THIS FOR PAST 40 YEARS AND MY UNCLE(LATE) AND HIS FAMILY IS RESIDING IN BOMBAY AND HAVE NEVER STAYED THIS PROPERTY WITH US.(THIS PROPERTY ORIGINALLY WAS IN JOINT NAMES OF MY FATHER AND MY UNCLE)..
NOW BOTH MY UNCLE AND MY FATHER HAVE EXPIRED.IS IT LEGALLY POSSIBLE THAT WE(MYSELF,MY SISTER AND MY MOTHER)AS LEGAL HIERS SELL OFF OUR FATHERS SHARE IN THE PROPERTY WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE CO- OWNER (MY UNCLES LEGAL HIERS)IN THE OPEN MARKET.
ALSO WE WANT TO GO FOR A IMMEDIATE SALE AND DON’T HAVE THE TIME TO SUBSTITUTE OUR NAMES AGAINST OUR FATHERS SHARE/TITLE IN THE SAID PROPERTY.ARE WE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO GO FOR THE SALE AS LEGAL HIERS WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE SUBSTITUTION PROCESS AS IT IS USUALLY A VERY LENGHTY PROCESS,AND WOULD TAKE MONTHS TO DO SO.PLEASE ADVICE.

We have filed a National Phase PCT application with the Indian Patent Office in Chennai. More than six months have passed since then. We have not filed the General Power Of Attorney executed in our favour. How can we file it now?
Is there a fee for late filing?
Is there a specific petition that we should file?
Please advise.
