My father had purchased a plot of 200 sq yard in the year 1979 in Delhi. The said plot seller was having sale deed in his favour. While purchasing the said plot my father got prepared agreement to sale in his name as purchser whereas power of attorney of the land was got issued in favour of my uncle. Now, we want to divide the said plot equally between my uncle and my father. My question is that can my uncle execute the sale deed of the said plot on the basis of said power of attorney in favour of my father. My second question is that can we got the sale deed of our share in the name of my mother to save the stamp duty.

I am a young person and have started Advocacy recently in a small city. I want to practice in the field of IPR. But there is no lawyer or law firm practising in that area in our city.
So, I request the experts to kindly suggest me as to how can I learn the practical aspects of IPR, without such help in our city.

12 years before we purchased a plot in a building with full payment and made notary but not registered it. Now the owner is not ready to transfer the plot by sale deed.
Recently we send a legal notice for which he replied that he was ready but we did not transfered for past 12 yrs.
a) What action we can take to get our property legally?
b) By regitering the document and paying the stamp duty now will solve the proble?
c) or we should go for self performance act
d) how long the entire legal process take?
Please help us out.
Thanks in advance.
Legal agreement regarding sale/obtaining royalty rights of musical compositions
Dear Experts,
My son aged 20 years and 5 months is currently studying III Engg. He composes music for western pop and has displayed a piece in the 'You Tube' in the Internet. An Indian residing in London got interested and has approached my son to enter into a contract; he has agreed to pay a certain amount towards setting tune to each lyric supplied by him.
Kindly advise me the usual procedure in cases like this. This is the first experience for my son. Specifically, kindly enlighten me as to an outright sale or a payment on royalty basis is preferable.
Thanking for your efforts.
Sincerely,
S. Raghuraman
