Respected Sir,
I have taken a home loan and this company is been chargeing cut throut interest from the month one and after paying for last 4 years I am been requesting them for reducing the rate as per the new which they are showing on interest.And their are very poor at customer service and in the month of nov-2009 I had agreed to pay certain amount of conversation fees to bring the emi down but they deposited emi chq. but not the conversation chq.
since than I have stopped [aying the emi's and now they have send me a Securitisation 32 act notice.
For no fault of mine delay in there standard of work and service we need to suffer.
Please I like to know what are the ways out to bring this notice / or put a stay on the smae till they give me a favourable answer as I am ready to pay yje outstanding but the they are asking for overdue charges and conversation fees.
Need help so that I can go ahead with it.

We have a trade mark registered in India under the trade mark act 1999. The said mark is used by a US based Company to who are using the website domain name www.xyz.com which is same as ours. Can we send the US Company a notice to cease and desist in view of our Registration of the Trade Mark in India.

my grandmom made gift deed to my dad and to me[ grandson]and it was registered, it that document she mentioned that she cant revoke or change this document. house tax,eb bill and patta are changed to our name. now there is some some family problem between us and my doubts are.
1. whether she can cancel the gift deed?
2. if she cancel the gift deed ours and if she make a new gift deed to dads brother, then new gift deed is valid?
3. if she cancel and do the new one without our knowledge and she expires. whether we can claim for gift deed which she made for us?

Dear sir,
I am having a joint family includes father, brother(married )& myself(married). I and my brother doing a service. My wife looking a business of transport.we are living a separately but our ration card is on under family group. Initially I have given money for the purchase of land near to our fathers land and it is registered on both name (i.e.me&my brother ). After that I purchased one land by way of Transfer sale deed agreement in which I have shown my individual purchased above land. Now I again sale the 2nd time purchased land & done sale deed agreement .But my brother objected made a application to land dept. to not enter the name purchaser on 7/12 documentas . The purchaser now pressurizing me to settle the issue with brother as this property is a joint property. Can my brother eligible by way of HUF ? We separated our 7/12 but not decided physical locations till date we are doing whole by way of external farming. Also I & my wife have a separate Income tax files but we have not shown this individual purchased transactions on IT RETURN as this a old transaction which I have made cash through my salary. Please advise me next step.

Dear Sir,
Our property is in the name of my grand mother & now she is no more. She have 3 son & 2 daugheters out of whom 1 elder son is also no more.
Now the issue is that our grand mother didn't made the partition neither she had her will that this property will be distributed between 3 sons. So no distibution is there.Also we are not having NOC from 2 sisters but one sister is saying that they will not claim her portion.
Plz guide us how we can resolve the partition issue as 2 brothers out of three is also not showing interest in partition as there intension is malafied.
Is there any provision where we can claim our right with the help of Govt.

Securitisation act 32
This there a law to over draft Securitisation act issused by a NBFC OR BANK, as the fight is about interest charged and service rendered.
Can we fet a stay on it or what is process to fight against it in case I am justified.
