I require advice on registering a recreational club for short films. The activities will be
1. Discussion Forums
2. Awards/Events
3. Featuring Short Films for the Public
4. Promoting Short Films
5. Promotion/Advertisement through social sites
6. Promoting/Co-sponsoring media related events
We are a group of 7 including bankers and businessmen based in Coimbatore.
Kindly suggest the formalities, whom to contact, approx budget for registration including lawyer fee.

Hello,
My father expired last month (Dec 2017) in Hyderabad, Telangana. I am the only child. Our native place is Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. My father has a couple of bank deposits and a house in Guntur.
I have obtained the Death Certificate from Hyderabad (GHMC).
I have no idea about the process to claim the deposits and the house.
Based on initial research, I came to know about legal heir certificate. Is this same as Successor certificate?
Should I get these certificates from Guntur, AP or is it okay to get it from Hyderabad?

This is Nazar from chennai actually one of my client want to take the commercial sub lease premises so i required to prepare sub lease agreement as well as consent of sublease from landlord.
Because presently tenant occupying 10000 sqft of premises now present tenant planning to give the premises under sub tenant .

In 1990 my grandfather got court decree for 1 acre land .my grandfather is plantiff and other person is defendant.defendent father name is shivalu .but in court decree , judgement copy defendant father name written wrongly ramaiah.
Defendant are died present.
my question
defendent sons can appeal the court decree right now.
Defendant name written correct,but defendant father name written wrongly in 1990 court case, judgement copy,decree

Is Affidavit along with obituary enough to sell property?
My husband is the associate member in a flat.The main owner is no more.Since she stayed in America we are not able to get her death certificate.We have obituary proof of her death, so is Affidavit along with obituary enough for selling the property? We also have general power of attorney to sell the property,but is that valid now since she is no more alive?
