Dear sir , if original copy has lost then there photocopy notarized by notary is valid for pf claim complete amount withdrawn. As I heard by someone it is valid.

Dear Sir, please clear my doubt regarding the validity of stump paper given against the loan to the party.. I had forgotten to recollect the same and handed over the money with interest at the restaurant... After seven years he is again asking the money with interest... I had repayed the full amount but he was alone that time and I had no witnesses to prove my point.. can anyone suggest me way out in this matter.. He is warning for going to court..

In My husband"s family there are nine members including my husband... When we were living together in a joint family that time our family property documents went to his eldest brother's control... All are crossing the age above sixty years except the last sister. His elder brother neither ready to give the copy of the documents to all and nor ready to show... Showing his superiority power and ego he is telling when we sales the property that time only I produce ...all our family well educated youngesters thoughts is once we should see the documents before we start the sale procedure..is it possible to see the copy of the documents in online ... please clear our doubts....we are stucking in the middle of both.

i have file a WP in 2012 in dharwad high court. after followup my lawyer he gave me below reply
"Due to shortage of judges the b group matters are not been heard there is a news that new judges will be appointed by end of January 2018 thereafter the matters will be heard will keep u posted regarding the progress"
6 years have been passed. now what will happen? pls reply
