1.One private finance company has put my name in place of guarantor and sending me notice to repay the car loan taken by some un known person.
2. When I came to know, I reply to the advocate of company that I never give any gurantee to the said person.
3. Meanwhile I received a notice from finance company about appointment of an arbitrator I replied that I am not a party as I never give any document or my concern for any loan or guarantee. but just after 5 to 7 days I received a letter from arbitrator that he put hearing of above case at *th feb and ask to appear me in personal or trough counsellor. If I not appear before him he will pass an ex party order.
My questions are
1. Should I appear before arbitrator even I am not a party as I never give any gurantee of above said loan?
2. If arbitrator pass any order against me than how and where can I challenge his order?
3. Can I deny to appear before him?
4. What action can I take against finance company and borrower also?
5. How can I take stay against arbitration procedure?
6. any other remmedy?
7. What I have to do now?

Dear experts
We have to file a case in DRT against a borrower whose loan has become NPA. The limitation of this loan has expired in 2017. The borrower made a cash payment in his account in 2016 , but the cash voucher does not bear his signature. I want to inquire if the case will be accepted in DRT?
Any humble suggestions would be appreciated.

Dear Sirs,
My father died on 14dec2017 without making will. Now only legal heirs after him is his son (myself) and my sister who is married. Now, what are the options to distribute his moveable and immoveable between us without any consideration amount.

Respected experts. Namaskar. I have applied for housing loan. My house is under construction. Before sanctioned of the loan I have taken cash from my relatives for const of house. Now the housing loan has been sanctioned. How I prepare documents which is legal. Now in which process I will refund the credit money to that relatives. I am govt employee. Please advice me

Dear Expert
I have been married on jul 2011. We are living separate since Apr 2014. I have one daughter 5 years old. She belongs to Agra.
My wife had filed multiple cases against me and my family namely 498A, Domestic violence, sec 125. The prosecution is going for almost last 3 years. Now they are seeking compromise by agreeing on divorce with alimony. My daughter will be in her custody only. I want to mention my wife & inlaws are gundas who have ruined my life.
I want expert guidelines what all points i need to consider legally so that in future they cannot pitch into my life in any circumstances.

Respected sirs,
I want to know about execution of any agreement etc on e stamp paper.
Please let me know whether any agreement to be started writing on e stamp paper itself as used to write on old stamp papers and remaining material on Pie Papers , or nothing should be written on e stamp itself, and only anything should be started on Pie Paper attached to it.
In another words, How to execute any agreement while using E stamp paper.

Mr.A want to purchase a property in a specific place in Kolkata, that's why he wants to engage Mr.B (though he has no licence of brokery) as his broker/agent on d basis of commission, on behalf of mr.B is it possible to entere with a valid agreement so that he may get his commission after d deal is complete ?
