I need ur help on this topic listed below. My father got share in a property as a house under arbitration act and there after got it approved from court. Now one of the parties of arbitration agreements i.e. my father's elder brother who already signed arbitration contract and accepted the same has challenged the same after accepting it. The Municipal corporation took the plea and sayin that they cannot issue TS 1 till court case is pending.
i want to know whether our title of ownership is fair or nor and wat is yhe importance of TS 1 and inteqal.pls reply this is urgent

My complaint was allowed by Distt. Consumer Forum but i was compensated at lower side than i was expected,now i want to file an appeal for enhancement of amount plz provide me a model/proforma for filling appeal before state consumer forum Haryana.Thanks

I intend to file a case on my ex-employer for a final settlement problem.
I have all the evidence on email and pdf documents but I have been told that these are not a valid proof in court.
Can someone please clarify this?
Can I also see where this is specifically mentioned (on some govt site etc)?
If I cannot use emails and pdf docs, then what can I show as evidence?
Addnl Note: The emails and pdf documents do not have the company seal but emails have been sent from the official ids

Dear All,
What is the Stamp duty payable in Mumbai for a Share Subscription Agreement between a Company and its Investors?? Request you to also give the provision under which such stamp duty is calculated for Subscripion Agreement..
Also please confirm if separate Stamp Duty has to be paid for Shareholder's Agreement is such shareholders' Agreement is a part of the subscription Agreement.
