i have taken housing loan of rs. 10 lakhs,
now i have to do equitable mortgage on the same, for the purpose please tell me the rate of stamp duty to be paid for the registration of equitable mortgage deed.

Can anyone please guide me on stamp duty to be paid for "Trademark assignment deeds". In Tamil Nadu it is 7.5% for a deed, what percentage to be paid in Kerala?

sir,
a person is required to sign thousands of agreements. Can he sign the agreements by way of affixing a signature rubber stamp? If yes, is there any legal procedure involved in making these agreements valid?

I would like to know whether any maintenance to be paid to my wife + kids -2, after divorcing her as she is always pressurising me to stay with her parents in their bunglow or near to them which is not acceptable to me.
She has one younger brother studying in 12std and another one working in Gulf.
If she, on her own, plans to stay with her parents, then why should I pay maintenance. It is like, if husband become sick / jobless for few months, she will leave for her paretns place and then demand for maintenance. How it is possible in such situation.
Pls explain to me.

regarding the stamp duty
hello all learned experts
pls help me in calculation of the lease deed
tenure six years
rent monthly 8000
deposit 2000
no any kind of preimum
all taxes paid by the lessor
i calculate as under
8ooo rent x 12 months =96000
deposite 2000 total of both 98000x 4.9 stamp duty =4802 +100 agreement =4902 rupees stamp it is ok or not pls give me guide line
