In the case of Affidavits,

Does it require compulsory notarisation..?

Compulsory signature of Advocate is required or not...?
(Is it required in every case or in specific cases or not mandatory)

Oath before magistrate is it compulsory..?
n whats the procedure..?

Procedure regarding Photograph in Maharashtra as is required...?

Please guide me in these regards as i am new to the platform,

hello sirs(experts) my self vinit g joshi from ahmedabad, i have recently joined one of the mlm comapny named mars home build developers, the official web adress is marspower.in. the comapny has provided the certficate of incorporation and commenecement

hi ,

i have done a course in a institute and also have appeared in there examination held as per there rule's and regulation and have cleared the exam's with good marks last 2 years ago wherein haven't collected my certificate hence on enquiring for same
the francise has been taken over by the principal and all data has been lost by the franchise

they are saying me to reappear the exam get the certificate from them

now what legal option do i have should i approach to consumer court for same
