Hi,
A Partnership Firm having legit rights to develop a particular property wants to transfer these rights entirely to me and the same shall be documented in a JV Agreement. In order to keep documentation simple we plan to follow the below process:
1. Enter in JV Agreement (will not be Registered)
2. Partnership gives 'Irrevocable POA' to me with respect to managing day to day affairs of the company as sole executor with respect to the development of the Property without any say or control on part of the Partnership Firm.
3. Once development is done from my end using my funds and resources and abilities, i shall (as agreed in the JV Agreement) make a payout of the said amount from the Partnership Firm to my personal account.
4. Shall surrender the POA though it is automatically of no value anymore.
I NEED TO KNOW:
1. If an Irrevocable POA is enough to protect my investments of money and effort? (I do not want to create a seperate company, unless absolutely required)
2. If this POA needs to be registered? With whom and where?
3. Will i need to pay and Stamp Duty ? How will i ascertain how much to pay ?

IF CONSTITUTION OF A PARTNERSHIP FIRM IS CHANGED BY INCLUSION OF NEW PARTNERS AND EXITING OF THE EXISTING ONES, WHETHER THE LAND REGISTRATION DEPTT. IN RAJASTHAN ASK FOR PAYMENT OF STAMP DUTY ON THE FIRM'S LAND PURPORTED TO HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW PARTNERS?
DOES MERELY CHANGE OF PARTNERS EFFECT TRANSFER OF PRORETY IN THE IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY OF A FIRM?

WE are going to tender documents like salary slip of respondent,compromise deed which was not implemented by respondent.how to mark exihibit on it.before this we only tender two affidavit as evidence marked as ex AW/A1 & AW/W2.Plz guide me as early as possible.

Respected sir,
on 11-06-2010 I had sent an cash withdrawal E-mail request to karvy broking company for 2500rs withdrawal to my HDFC account.
In the email I clearly mentioned the HDFC bank account.
But they are transfered the 2500rs to my Axis Bank account.
But my axis bank account is inactive and not operated from 2 years.I can't even access single rupee from that axis account.In other words I do not have any privileges ,relation,rights and control over that axis bank account.
And still I did not received any response from karvy.
So,Kindly I requesting to guide me in order to claim my 2500rs amount.

validity of contract term
Dear Experts,
A contract which has a restrictive condition not to carry on similar practice for the contract period and one year thereafter will be enforceable if the contract term is already expired and the person commenced practice after the contract term but within the one year restriction imposed in the contract document. Will that one year condition imposed and the breach of that can be enforceable in law ?
