Application under RTI Act

An application under RTI Act had to sent with a court fee stamp of Rs 10/-. The application had to be sent by Registered Post through postal department or it can be sent by courier?
Can any member advise please.

the act does not stipulate any particular means of despatch.

It is only for you to ensure that your applcation is delivered to the concerned etc.pio/cpio that you sent through either speed post/regd post/courrier
