Hello,
My name is Deepak. I want to add my last name which is Kashyap to my name.
In my all the docs (10th,12th,Pancard and Passport)only Deepak is there. Now want to add my sir name into it.

Is it compulsory to register agreements which are entered between two companies for example agreement between Company'A' a IT company which provides software services/solutions to banks with Company 'B' a banking company to acquire services from Company 'A'.

Anybody having the under guideline of uses of non-judicial stamp paper in india. Can we purchase stamp paper in one state and will execute the document in another state with time validity.

Sir,
I want to know that E-Stamp got issued in april 2009,but could not used at that time, what is the procedure to get execute the lease deed can i mention the lease period from such date when it started or from the date of execution.Second thing lease deed to be prepared on plain white papers or stamp papers be get issued from the concered sub registrar on the basis of E-stamp already with me.

If i send certified copies of my petition refuting my wife's charges on me or my explainations for the false cases filed by her on me,including her petitions or documents of course certified one's to her office- will i be liable for any legal action? in terms of defamation or anything else?
