I gave my uncle general power of attorney to look after the matters on behalf of my one policy in ICICI in 2008 as I went on some where on some work. It was registered in local sub registrar office.
After my return, He is not co operating with me when I asked about the tranctions. He will not co operate with me to register the Cancellation of this power of attorney.
I want to cancel the power of attorney, of course with out any undue tranctions by him in this due period. How shall I proceed?

2. How much a notary will charge for this purpose.

My father left a registered will from haryana in my favour.I got some agricultural land in HR & a house in Delhi.There's a court case with with the shop tenant at delhi's house.I want to transfer the house on my name, what's it's procedure, is it necessary to probate the will for this.I have three more sister's, one of them is married.The delhi house is my father's earned property. what's the fees for probating the will.In what ways it is useful to me.

if a complaint is dismissed for default by jmfc court. and if the complainant have good reason for his absence, then what is the provision for him to restore his complaint and in which court should he go. whether to district court or high court. and what are the case laws.

There is 1 property located in thane district of Mumbai which is in the name of my paternal aunt. At present aunt is staying in another state. This property is to be gifted to my daddy. So I have planed to obtain Power of Attorney in my name for execution of gift deed in my daddy's name. Infact I have got the Power of Attorney registered in that state where my Aunt stays and not in the jurisdiction where the property is located. So my query is whether this registered Power of Attorney Valid as it was not registered in the jurisdiction where the property is located.

Kannada translation needed.
I have applied to Corporation of Bangalore under RTI act. I have requested them to send the reply in English. But, they have responded in Kannada. I could not find any body who can give me the translation in English. I request LCI members to help me in this regard. I will send the scanned copy to their email ID.
