what will happen if the original document be lost or destroyed by the department for which certified copies are not allowed in law . xerox copy is on court file , can a xerox copy be used in place of original under such circumstances if the summoned person from the department makes the statement along with proof that the document is destroyed in retention and disposal process can the xerox be treated as original.

1. patient admitted with maiden name but birth certificate want after marriage name and they also having insurance policy with maiden name then how I will chnage the name please tell me.

i have sold my two wheeler to a person.i handed over all the papers to him.
now he is asking for sale deed.what documents should i issue to him to make it a legal sale?

As an Advocate, what other documents can be attested except court records as though Notary Public ? How far it is valid?

Pls forward me an specimen of Agreement for Sale at Kolhapur. The Builder has purchased the land by way of Sale Deed from the previous owners & has agreed to form a Society. At this moment the building is under construction. Also pls suggest me if only an Agreement for Sale will suffice the legal documentation or an Sale Deed of the flat has also to be done.

There was a FD in name of a person who passed away , now the his wife wants to claim the amount from bank .... no nomination was made at the time of making the FD.. what is the procedure to realise the money .. Do the lady need to submit a indemnity bond on a stamp paper.. if so please mention the value of stamp paper and also provide the format of indemnity bond.........

Dear Sir/Madam,
My father was allotted a housing board house for which yearly instalments were being paid from the time it was allotted. My father died in 1983 before registration of the absolute sale deed. we are 5 children to our parents, 2 boys and 3 girls. i'am the last of them. my 2 sisters and one brother went abroad. later i had to clear the balance dues of the amount outstanding against the house and got the absolute sale deed registered in my mother's name with me as her power of attorney holder directly from the housing board. Later on my mother executed and registered a gift deed in june 2001 in my name. till date i have been enjoying the property without any issues and we siblings share a cordial relationship. it was only a ground floor then, in the year 2005 i have constructed 2 more floors on top. I just want to know if in future if need to sell the house these docs what i have are good enough like parent deed, gift deed, khatha, tax certificate, tax receipt, ec till date and everything stands in my name ot will the purchaser ask for any more docs.....kindly advice....rgds.

Rent payable with effect from 01.06.2010.
I know you could understand what i mean to say. Please clarify maximum days for execution of deed form the date of stamp paper.
Comence ment before the stam paper.
