Hi i am married to my first cousin by registered marriage, both parents are against it. Only my father is supporting.So is it legal in India marrying your first cousin.or can any legal action be taken against us.Pls somebody send me a reply.Cause its very urgent

Hello!
My opponent submitted a writ petition at High Court, but due to lethargy or some other reason, he never visited the state capital to sign on the documents. The writ now stands dismissed on some other grounds.
I caught hold of the copy of affidavit which was on court's file & found that his signatures are visibly different from his original ones.
Can I corner him somehow? Plz advise whether Sec 420 or some other weapon against him?

i have my land documents in a different name then the name i use currently .. how do i make up for it ..i do not waant to change my current name and i beleive changing name in the land document will be cumbersome ... please advise what do i do in such circumstances

My father has a land on which a builder wants to build in JV partnership .
What precautions can we take in the legal agreement , so as to avoid trouble in future ?
He has brought a deal paper which is so tough to understand that even sanskrit pandits will have a tough time ( I mean to say that it is a very very difficult Hindi language)
please advice your best points to be included in the deal and safe ways to carry forward the deal ..

HE HAS PREPARED A AGREEMENT ON OWN COMPANIES LETTER HEAD.
IN CASE MACHINERY DEMAGE 100% ON THE SITE OF CUSTOMER.
1. CAN WE FILE A CLAIM AGAINT THE

2. CAN WE RECOVER AMOUNT OF LOST OF

a ques to what to do?
actually i donot know that i'm at right place to put this query "my mother bought a land area sold by one after a month he is telling that land document("where they both sigh and committed") are not legal because they were only done by tehsildar....my father understand his nature and donot want to fight but want to take a legal action.actually he has some relative in police on whose power he is doing such task.please help what procedure we should take to taught him a leason.
