After Arya Samaj marriage

Hi ,
I have recently done Arya samaj marriage and got it registered from Local Nagar nigam office.After marriage the girl has gone to her place and will be joining me soon. The girls parents are very influencial. Her fater is a Judge and Brother is a lawyer.

Now my question is when she joines me shall we go out directly for couple of days or stay at my home....

If we go out and get copy of marraige certificate to my parents , Can police bother my parents or they can not do anything... After getting marraige certificate can girls fater Logged a case of KIDNAPING AGAINT ME ???

iF WE STAY HOME AND AFTER SHOWING ALL DOCS CAN POLICE ASK US TO COME IN POLICE STATION OR USE THIRD DIGREE WITH BOY TO CHANG THE STATEMENT OR THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO BRING US IN POLICE STATION ...?

PLEASE TREAT IT AS URGENT AS I AM PLANNING OT BRING HER SOON ...WITH ME

you must safe yourself as well your wife. Because under the influence of the parents the girl normally breakdown.file a writ in the high court after complaint to the police otherwise you shall be in a great trouble.

If the marriage is legal one and with the free consent of the girl and properly registered with registrar of marriage,you need not to be afraid. Now the girl is your wife and it is your right to keep her with you and consumate the marriage.legally your position is strong.A judge and a lawyer may change the position and twist the facts, if they do not like the relation ship with you.One thing I want to say in general it is a panga and panga is not changa.IF YOU HAVE A STRONG WILL AND CAN FACE THE SITUATION YOU WILL WIN.

You didn't mentioned about both of your's age.. And she is not a kid. So kidnapping case will not lie..

If both of you are major mean why you have to fear for any one.. Police may harass your parents but they can not take any actions against them in regards this.. Only one thing is clear that your and your family's peace is depends upon the girl's words regard this issue.

Thank you so much for your precious replies. In fact i have been adviced by the lawyer who helped us in our marriage that conveince the girl to give the statement in front of superintendent of police.

Once you both specially the girl give the statement afont of him , her parents can not do anything or her statement can not be changed at any cost ...

Is it true ??? The things is she is really geniune and loves me a lot but a little chicken hearted girl. This is only reason why i get worried...... She is 25 and i m 29

Dear,
you both hsve to approach the high court and obtain protection order from there. It is a simple procedure and you can obtain the protection order in one hearing

Declaration before the police by the girl about marriage at her free will save you from the arath of the police as well as the her parents. However, advice by Advocate Subhash will provide you more protection.
