dear sir/madam , i would like to take a house for hire , for that i need to pay two lack rupees ,but the house owner will not pay any rent for my amount at the same time i am also need not be pay any rent for his house, when he returned my amount then i handover the possession of his house to him is it valid in Indian laws , if so , any one please send me this agreement format.

how we can accept power of attorny executed on stamp duty paid in mumbai (india) is Noterised on 26th may 2011 @ abrod (U S A) but not counter endorsed in local indian counsulate
& attornys have signed in india on 29th june 2011 before Notary in mumbai ?

sir,
my father had 2 wives i am from 2 wife.my father died in 1982.there was some agricultural land on my fathers name.now i want to obtain farmers certificate.will i get it and what is the formalities and what documents r needed.pls guide

my son's actual birth date is 19th jan,1990. And so is the same birth date in his passport which has now expired. But his high school mark sheet and all further education related documents state his birth date as 19th jan,1991 (difference of a year).
And i need a new passport for my son with the DOB as 19th jan,1991 which is in accordance with his educational documents. Could u please guide me through the procedure required for this change.

What is the status of a Power Of Attorney stamped as 'Attested' and singed by Notary on Rs.100 stamp paper from son(living abroad) to the father, for managing the affairs of the flat owned by son ?
The said POA is intended only for general purpose and not for sale of property.
What is the way out if it needs to be regularised as son is not available immdediately for rectification, if needed.
