I need some case laws on this proposition,"public service commission issues advertisement for recruitment of three post of ASSISTANT ENGINEER ( Electrical) whose educational qualification required is either graduate in electrical or mechanical engg which is also supported by RR.Three toppers are all mechanical engineers. But only one is appointed saying that no electrical engineers came in the merit as according to commission they had internally divided the three post to 1+2 for mechanical and electrical streams as power department is in need of more electrical engineers. This internal division is not given in the advertisement. Is there any case law on this point? please help

Hi,
We are buying property at Hyderabad from our cousins (5) who are living in Mumbai. When approached a broker he said that GPA registration can only be done at Mumbai as my cousins are living there. After the registration of GPA at Mumbai on any one of the cousin's name, we can execute the sale in my favour here at Hyderabad. Please suggest.
Our broker also said that he has checked with SRO & that he has confirmed the same.
Please clarify if my broker has given right information to me on the process.
Thanks in advance

A Husband wants to WILL a 2 Bedroom Flat located at Ghaziabad in the name of his brother. Property is in joint name of Husband and Wife.
Husband & Wife have taken Home Loan jointly against the above Property from HDFC Ltd. Husband is paying EMIs. How can an effective Will be made in this regard to give effect to the following:
In case of Husband's demise, the entire balance loan amount may be repaid from his various LIC Policies and other terminal benefits. The balance, if any, would be paid by elder brother. And Husband wants to relinquish all the rights and ownership of the said Property in favour of his brother, even though wife may be alive.
Is is feasible to include such a clause in the WILL of the Husband when the property does not belong to him ? And in case yes, what are the additional documents/deeds would be required to be drafted ?
Need Help..legal suggestion
