Hi,
I need to give a POA to my wife in order to enable her-
1) Take a bank loan in my name.
2) Sign the agreement docs. for a new flat being purchased in my name.
3) Rent out property held in my name.
Can these powers be clubeed in one POA.
What denomination of stamp paper would be required for the same.
Appreciate if anyone can help me with a draft format of such GPA

this is my first query on this lawyersclubindia regarding the following mention subject with reference to Maharashtra State
1. What is the role of an Advocate in preparing the redevelopment agreement?
2. Is there any guideline given by Maharashtra Government for the preparation of the above mention document.
3. What are points to take into consideration to make the above document foolproof to safeguard the interests of the parties between whom the document is sign.

dear sir,
Because of my sisters marriage i have taken a amount of 350000/- from a builder on 100 rs notary papers on signing that i will give them a land of 24000/- sq feet area on 25/12/2005 on writing for six month validation of aggement which is not registerd. but neither he sent notice to me within that 6 month nor me . now that rate of that land is multiplied by 200 times . which i told the builder that pay the exact rate so that i can register to u. but he threatens us saying neither he give land or money.
Dear sir please help me what to do now.
it is urgent because they daily calls us by threatening.

is having sc certificate of 2 states an offence.when and when it is not offence.bear one thing in mind while solving this query that applicants father is posted in both these 2 states of which he claims sc status.applicants father is central govt employee.

i have executed sale deed but the bank from where i have taken loan are taking to my executed sale deed that in mode of payment their pay order number and date should have been mentioned my question is whether can impose such rules on me they have sanctioned my loan simply because the sale deed has been prepared by lawyer/advocate other than their nominated lawyer/advocate they are causing such harrasement to me i have told that on stamp paper of rs 100/- the person(vendor)from whom i have purchased resale flat he is ready to give acknowledegemt of pay order issued by bank they are not agreeing in that case i will have to make correction deed kindly let me know in correction deed is it mandatory that all pages of original sale deed have to be incorporated or simply the page which needs correction as per bank requirement is sufficient kindly answer to my query from expert panel by sunday evening if anyone can help me

An Agreement between the Promoter & Flat Purchaser is executed and registered. But the Flat Purchaser has not paid the installments as per the agreement. The Promoter has cancelled the said agreement by giving 15 days notice in writing. Purchase is not ready to execute and register the cancellation deed. What are the remedies available for the Promoter?
After cancellation of the said agreement by notice, whether the declaration for cancellation is required from the court?

The format for application to the authorities is a standard format of Govt of Orissa and we have to type the format in Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/- and court fee of standard value (Rs.25/- for complaints below the level of SP and Rs.50/- for the complaints above the officers Superintendent of Police and above)have to be attached therewith.
