I HAD WITHDRAWN RS 1500 FROM SBI ATM. BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT ONLINE, SURPRISINGLY I NOTICED THAT RS 1500 HAS BEEN DEBITED TWICE UNDER SINGLE ATM TRABSACTION NO. 9689. I HAVE MADE MANY CORRESPONDENCES WITH BANK BRANCH, DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, CUSTOMER CARE SBI, RBI KOLKATA BANKING OMBUDSMAN. BUT STILL MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED WITH RS 1500. WHAT LEGAL STEPS MAY BE TAKEN TO RECOVER MY LOST MONEY WHICH HAS BEEN DIGESTED BY SBI DUE TO THEIR FAULTY COMPUTER NETWORKING SYSTEM.
please suggest how shall I write to consumer Forum ? I shall be grateful if you post a format of writing for me.

Dear Sir,
I had got selected in a PSU and got letter of joining on contract basis in month of 20 Apr 2009 . letter accompanied with a service bond to be executed by me of value 6 lac and in that bond service conditions are such :
I am suppose to under go a training of one year and after completion of training i am bound to serve the company for a period of three year it is also mentioned that if in case i leave the company in between training i had to pay to company the bond value.
Now i made the bond on 10 may 2009 and approached the on pre decided date of 14 may, 5 days induction training was given and after that i had been issued with a letter that Ur training will commence from 01 June and you are transferred to other base.
i had joined there and found that the training is not fruitful for me in any condition so i left the company in 73 days stating that i am not feeling well.
now i am not doing any job and had started my own business . Very recently i had received a letter stating that you had been absenting from so and so date and you should clear your in tension whether you are paying bond money with interest or we shall approach to court and recover it with your sureties .
Please provide me the information what should i do. whether this service bond will be applicable to me.
Also they had not paid me the salary of first fifteen days of my joining rest they had paid . Please help me with a proper solution . whether i have to pay full money .

My father had taken loan on the house . He died some years back. The loan has been cleared some time back. Before he passed away he gifted the house to me - registered on legal paper with local tahsildar with photos signature....
When I went to bank for documents banker asks to get letter from all legal heirs- brothers, sisters. Is this needed when clearly the property is in my name as per the deed

can the plaintiff, is permissible to submit the documents relating to property in question, at the time of arguments?.
if is,
what are its merits and demerits, when compared to the documents, which plaintiff, submitted before the trial begins,

Today again few people came to my house from GIC, after though I paid them in full. They came for HARASSMENT and nothing else. They asked did I paid or not and went away.
Now, what and how much can I ask for compensation ? Which shall be legally correct.

Development aggrement and irrovacable poa
Sir, I along with my 2 sisters have executed Irrevocable POA and development agreement with a builder in the year 2003, the development agreement is not regd, The builder has till date not initiated any actions from his end. I want to cancel the POA and the development agreement. Please advise. While signing the agreement Rs 5000 were paid by the builder.
