Hi I have purchased a property at hyderabad, for that i took a loan from First Blue HFL, in my deed the seller has entered it as i availed loan from Indus Ind Bank, due to the banker of First blue HFL is Indus Ind,, now i want to rectify the same,, is it possble? if what are the charges/

The Board of Directors (BOD) of a public limited company has delegated several powers to its employees through a General Power of Attorney. The powers so delegated, inter alia, include to sub- delegate all or any of the powers to such person(s)as he (employee) may deem fit or may be necessary from time to time.
Now, the question arises whether the powers so delegated are legally O.K. in the eyes of Law?
If not, Why?
Can you please guide me in this matter?

I am looking for Flat in Bangalore, I liked one apartment which is near to RammurthyNagar Bridge Junction, I enquired about this property, They said , 'It has been registered Grama Panchayat and it belongs to B-Khatha'
I would like to know, whether is it legal or illegal. Please advise me.

normally how deposit amt is determined?
from the legal view what is the valid amount is allowed?
is there any ceiling for determing the maximum amt of deposit(security deposit)?
if security deposit amount will be adjusted against the rent of last months , is it affect the stamp duty calculation?
if security deposit not return to licencees with in time limit & licensoe is liable to pay interest par day for delay payment of security deposit:- is this clause affect the on the stamp duty calculation?

what r the factors which determine that agreement is licence deed or lease deed?

"the licensor shall cooperate with the licensee by providing necessary copies doc of ownership & tax & other statutory payments relating to premises."
this agreement is executed between licensor (private company) & license (partnership firm), will u guide me - which doc can ask by firm to the company?
what precaution firm has to take when agreement is between private ltd co?

Relinquish deed
respected sir,
t property situate at ahemadabad ,owners are of jaipur 2 brothers,one brother wants to relinquish his right of above property.
(1)wheather t deed registered at jaipur.
(2)wheather some consideration can be written in t relinquish deed.
