Ngo registration

Hello Experts,

We have started a new student run division of an international NGO here at Hyderabad, AP recently. We met a person, I am not sure if he is an advocate but his card says so, who had promised us to get the registration completely done at a price of Rs.3000. After a week of submission of all documents, he calls me and asked me to collect the certificate of registration. But when I questioned him about the byelaws, he says it will cost another Rs.2000 for it and it is not a part of the registration. I dont understand what is and what is not and also what is going on. I need your help here. I feel cheated. We are students and we have no financial support. Plz help me with the procedure of registration and also possible ways to come out of this situation. Plz its a request.

Dear Sir,I have a vacant plot in chennai. It is a MMDA Approved layout. As per layout plan it is exactly one ground, but since it is a corner plot a splay of 48sqft has been left and the remaining 2352sqft is taken as the sale consideration. As per sale deed also it is 2352sqft.But as per patta it is showing only 2152sqft.My question is is there any possibility to rectify the extent in patta as per sale deed, if so what i have to do.will there be any problem in future when i resale this property.During sale what is considered, is it sale deed or patta. need your valuable guidence as early as possible, bye and thank you.

Legality of an allegedly registered will

My query on legality of an allegedly registered Will not submitted to a Court re property in Mumbai. Will has the Stamp of the Sub-Registrar, but bears neither initial nor signature to indicate the Official who has witnessed the registration of the Will. As per Section 139 of the CPC, under rule 391 (the Marking of a Will) - Every will, copy of a will or other testamentary paper, which is sworn to or affirmed by an executor or administrator, shall be marked by the person before whom the oath or affirmation is made. As per the Mumbai High Court (Side Rules) dealing with Affidavits, a Court Officer must initial or sign a sworn document, so as to be able to testify later to verify the document. How legal is a Will that has not been so signed as a formally registered document?
