sir, the vehicle owner was expired, due to the vehicle title is to be transfered to subsequent purchaser. rto wants notary affidavit. kindly provide me the format of vehicle transfer affidavit

My father expired last year due to severe illness. There were certain dues that were outstanding against his credit card which he had auto registered for payment and i was unaware and I made the payment against the credit card bills again. Due to this duplicate payments happened. I had blocked the cards after making payments and now i want to get back the extra payments that have been made against the credit card.
I wrote to the bankers however they are asking for a legal heir certificate or succession certificate. I made inquiries with 2 to 3 local lawyer's and they said that you have to make it on a stamp paper and have to pay stamp duty based on the amount you mention in the certificate and that the certificate will be only for that specific purpose you mention in the certificate like in this case for getting the extra payments made on credit card.
Similarly there are certain investments in his name which i want to get it transferred in my name.
Can't I get a certificate for all purpose submission whether it be bank or any where else wherever I have to submit as a proof that i am the legal heir. Is mentioning the amount and purpose necessary in the certificate.
Can't my father's death certificate. My passport and ration card be an enough evidence that he is my father and i am his son be an enough documentary evidence for the same.
I read somewhere that legal heir certificate and succession certificate are only for government employees or getting government dues like PF,PPF ,etc then why bankers are asking for such certificate
Further request you to also let me know from where I can get the certificate and what is the procedure and cost involved in getting the certificate. In case there is specified format request you to please share the same.

Sir,/Madam,
1.)Petitioner has denied on affidavit her salaried Bank account in which I used to deposit money for my daughter Voluntarily.she has also denied her employment
2.) Against my application for witness summons court finally (after a period of one year) ordered Witness summons against the Bank.
3.) Bank person who came to submit ONE COPY OF Statement of accounts, account Opening Application form , KYC Documents etc has NOT given any Copy to Me.
4.) Court has NOT taken these Documents produced by the Bank person ON RECORD as seen in the certified copy of Roznama where it is not given any Exhibit No. Only mentioned ‘BANK PERSON COME TO GIVE DOCUMENTS’ .
5.)Interim maintenance has not yet been decided but one hearing prior to last hearing Court suddenly ordered AD-Hoc Interim Maintenance along with an order for Witness summons as above .
MY QUESTION ,
a.)How do I get the bank documents of the Petitioner’s Bank account produced against Witness summons on RECORD as I thought now that the person from bank has come to give documents & it will be taken on Record. The other parties advocate was purposely ABSENT ON THE DAY DOCUMENTS WERE PRODUCED and I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE WITNESS IS SUPPOSED TO BE CROSS EXAMINED WITH RESPECT TO THE PAPERS BEING PRODUCED BY HIM . I want it to come on record BEFORE Interim Maintenance U/S 24 H.M.A is DECIDED
b.) How do I get the Copies of those Documents produced by the Petitioner’s bank as my whole argument on Interim maintenance depends on the same.

Iam 32 yrs old and have been selected for a government bank job. I belong to SC - arundhathiyar communtiy. I already had a community certificate - life card got by my father 20 years back. Now, the bank requires a community certificate in a format accepted by central government and not the one which i already hold. So i went to the taluk office of my residential area, with my original caste certificate. But the officials there asked for my father's original community certificate, or his relatives certificates and my college TC original showing my caste and community etc. The problem arised only here as my father and mother were legally divorced 20 yrs back and i do not know my father's whereabouts. And my father belonged to SC(A) but my mother is FC - Brahmin. I was raised under my mother's care after their separation but i have been studying under SC(A) tag in my school and college as per my father's wish. My school TC the original of which i submitted in college has my caste and community names as i was studying in my school with the same community as my father from my kinder garden. But my college TC does not have that column at all, as they dont include it in any TCs. So i dont have TC original showing caste and community, but school TC xerox has the caste details. We do not have contact with any of my father's relatives and do not know where they reside now. So in this circumstance, does that make me not eligible to get a caste certificate and does my existing caste certificate not a valid one, since i cannot prove its being. Also they say documents relating to community certificates are destroyed in 10 years of its issuance. My life card was bought in 1993, with a note on top, stating 10yrs, so will the taluk not have any proofs or records of my community certificates or with what proofs my father got the certificates? Even if they admit my existing caste certificatre at initial stage will the DVAC verification made later will not show any proofs of my caste background and in such case If i join the government service will they say i do not belong to that community and will i be ripped of my job?

Hi,
I took e-Affidavits for PassPort 8 months back. I haven't filled them or got them notarized. This is used for DOB and Education details, Marriage certificate etc. Can I use them now?

Dear sir.
My late father had Stood as a Guarantor to a friend for a loan taken by the freind from a bank for which my father had to mortagage his house.My father passed away and his freind defaulted in payments to the bank. after death of my father we received notice under sarfareasi act, we approached DRT but nothing has come in our favour also I have incuured heavy expeneses and advocate fees in the matter.Now we approched a very senior advocate who is asking a heavy fees but says he can get our house out of bank trouble as before standing as guarantor and before mortage to the bank about a year back my father had made a registered will deed for the house in favour of my wife. The bank advocate who gave title clear certificate did not approach the registerer office or missed mentioning about the will to the bank.This senior lawyer is saying after death of my father the owner of the becomes my wife hence on that ground we can get stay order from DRT. please inform is this possible as I have already paid many advocates and all promised but failed.

Change of name in ph.d certificate/convocation
Respected Sir, Thanks for your earlier reply, I got the court order and my work passport work is done. Sir, As have done Ph.D in Sociology, I am trying to find a job at abroad as I am still struggling to find one in India. But the query is about my name correction? Sir, Upto M.A. final year my name in certificates is ZIYA ATT TAMHID AHMED KHAN PATHAN, but in Ph.D notification and convocation it is mentioned as ZIA A PATHAN, I applied to Karnatak University dharwad for name change, but they said they do not have provision to change the name in Ph.D convocation. Sir, as you have already helped me in crucial time, I request you to guide me in this regard also, but I do not want to change my name from SSLC to M.A, because it again a long process.
