My Client has very frequent changes in his partnership firm as regards to admission and retirement of partners, he needs to know that whether he got to pay stamp duty on land each and everytime ?

Dear Sir's,
we are the tenant , since four months but owner is refusing to enter into an agreement by giving unreasonable grounds , we have deposited 12k to him , now can he make us to vacant the premises, can we refuse to vacant if yes on what ground , do we have legal defense, if tommorow he tells us to vacant the premises , we are depositing rent into his bank account, no rent receipt recived by us . please hep it is urgent.

I have made and notarised one indemnity bond on 100 rs. non judicial paper.
Now I realised that one word (breach) has been writtened as branch
What to do ?
Do i need to make new bond and get it notarised ?

Respected Sir,
I want to change my surname, I have understood the process and I am about to implement it, but in documents like Pan Card,Passport,DL Fathers name is also mentioned and is Visible. Will there be a problem as the Surnames will be different??? Is there a solution for this???? Do I have to ask my Dad too to change the Name??? Please advise.

Dear Experts,
If something is not written in the Indian Stamp Act,1899 about the stamp duty rates on a particular type of agreement then what rate we should apply?
For example there is a Joint Venture Agreement and nothing is specified in Stamp Act about the rate of duty, then what should be the amount of duty to be paid?
Is there something written in the law? Kindly given your expert advice.

i got married in sept 2003 at Raipur , there i marriage at a arya samaj dharamshala , where they have issue a arya samaj maariage certifcate , now i had applied for paasport , whether it would be valid there or whether i can register with the govement registrar the arya samaj certificate at Ahmedabad where i cam staying right now

Problem:i gave blank stamp paper to my CA for the purpose of getting articleship training as per CA regulation. now i have successfully completed my articleship. i fear that he can misuse the stamp paper. can he do so? if he does what amount can he claim on RS 50 stamp paper?
please show the way.

Got notice as a bank guarantor
Dear all,
I am a resident of Orissa and had an account in Syndicate bank, Angul in year 2003. In year 2004 the sister-in-law of a very close friend of mine who is also a govt. teacher applied a loan of Rs. 35000/- for computer n the same bank and that time I signed as a guarantor by a good faith.
But today after 9 years suddenly my parents received a notice by my name from the bank against the non payment of the loan amount from the borrower and I have to pay the amount of Rs. 106971/- including bank interest within 15 days. And the letter itself dated 01/03/2013.
Before that I never got a single letter from the bank within the 9 years of time regarding the nonpayment of the loan by the borrower.
So please suggest what to do as I am staying out of state and very much confused as 1 lac rupee is very big for me.
