Hello Sir,
I am Rolla N B Mahesh Reddy s/o Rolla Koti Reddy Completed my ssc in 2004. Coming to the problem due to my parents ignorance my fathers name is printed wrong in my ssc certificte as "Rolla Naga Koti Reddy" instead of "Rolla Koti Reddy". Now i want to change it. Kindly suggest me what to do asap.

Tender floated by A Company registered in Maharashtra. B wants to apply for the tender his company is registered in Gurgoan and corporate office is in Delhi. The tender requires an Affidavit and POA to be executed
Q. The stamp duty to be paid on Affidavit and POA would be as per Maharashtra Stamp Act or Delhi or Gurgaon? Insufficiency of stamp duty may not be taken as a ground for rejecting the bid.

Hi All,
I need your expert advise. I have bought a plot from a member of the housing society two years back. Now I realized that the seller should have taken NOC for selling the plot. Since I don't have NOC, would there be any risk in future if I want to sell the property or construct house myself. The society is not giving the noc as the property is already sold.I'm worried . What should be the next steps to get NOC? what might be problem if I dont get NOC

Issuance of society share certificate
We are in the process of redevelopment one of our Member want to transfer his property to his son by way of will and making affidavit in his name. Presently share Society certificate is name of Father.
Can we issue Share certificate in his Son Name?
if yes then what papers are required?
If no then what is reason?
