I had applied for passport they found query in my Birth certificate that my name is not register and my dad and mom name is mention in my birth certificate
but as per the Gov GR now i cant register my name on my birth certificate
My birth date Is 24/02/1990

ONE OF MY VILLAGE PERSON HAS CHANGED HIS DATE OF BIRTH BY DOING MATRIC (10TH CLASS)AGAIN AND CHANGED HIS DATE OF BIRTH BY 6-7 YEARS ,SO AS TO GET THE STATE POLICE SEPOY JOB.HE IS ALREADY GRADUATE.IS IT LEGAL TO CHANGE DATE OF BIRTH BY PERSUING MATRIC AGAIN WITH DECREASED DATE OF BIRTH .

An old man of age 55 years want to marry a widow and mother of 2 children. His wife was beaten by his 2 real sons (sons beaten their mother with their wives) she got paralised and can't stand-up even work properly since last 3 years. That man works as shopkeeper and all household and everything. he got tired of doing all this and want to marry the said lady (her child also) but he cant leave his wife. he also agreed to give all his assests to that widow after both die.
His both sons with their wives resides separately and didn't visited in 3 years and that old man has given in written on a simple paper all wishes and things for widow lady and also written that his sons are separate and have no right (it is not legally separate)
what is better option adoption or marriage and how can she live with him, how to protect that house or his property from his sons. His wife is also agreed for this. They only needs care in their old age.
what is the process of adoption and can he make her nominee on simple stamp paper or what to do please...advice.

A trust deed is made in 2005, and after that no activity was done in the trust.Is the trust still valid, can we start any activity now in that trust.?
What are the provisions by which a trust becomes non operational, if the trust is not closed.

In the trust deed its written that the trustees may accept donations from any person,institutions and public body.
Can a pvt. Ltd. Company be treated as a Public body?
Can a company which donates to the trust,the BOD of that company become trustees of the trust?

We are residents of Ondipudur, Coimbatore, TN. My F-i-L expired in Nov 2012 at the age of 72. He was a mill worker and was not working for nearly past 15 years. He was getting Govt's old age pension. Now we want to tranfer it to my M-i-L's name. Pls let us knw to whom shud the application be submitted?? Directly to the Tahsildar or thru VAO.. what all are the documents to be enclosed ?
