hi, i need an mou between two people . for the payment of installment for the alloted property
first person has been alloted the flat but
unable to pay regularly to builder.
second person is sharing the payment 50 percent. so both want to sign mou that
second person will pay 50 percent until complete payment for the flat.
later , first person will either share
50% of property with second person;
or repay one time payment of amount received ( appreciated value as informed by builder at time of sale)
from second person ;
or second person will give the first person the other half amount and first person will sell property to him.

sir,
this is regard to the pathetic state of earning capacity of a junior lawyer who practises mainly in subordinate courts. senior lawyers exploit their junior to do their maximum work for some paltry remuneration and in some cases, even without any remuneration. this system cannot be changed as it is age old custom.
here, my question is, is there any part time/online legal job which junior lawyer can accept so that he will get some additional remuneration , apart from the paltry remuneration which his senior offers ?
is there any particular web sites which such junior lawyers can browse for ?
what actually is "legal process outsourcing" (LPO) ? which web sites offers LPO ?
Please provide all web sites which provide any online income for a lawyer .
thanking you all in advance ....

Respected Sirs,
One person executed a Will bequeathing his self acquired property in favour his elder son and wife and the Will was registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar. After one year the Testator executed another Will reciting that he already wrote a Will and it was registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar and now he cancels that Will and executed this Will bequeathing his property to his second son and his wife. The present Will is not registered. The Testator died. Now the elder son raised objection that the Will previously executed in his favour was a registered Will and the present Will is not registered and hence the un registered Will is not valid since the previous Will is not cancelled through a registered Will. Sirs, Please clarify in this regard.

Hello,
I am from Tamilnadu. I changed my name in Gazette a few months ago. But I haven't changed my old name in my Ration Card, Pan Card and Voter ID yet. Now, can I sign my old name in legal documents like agreements, NOC etc...? Will it be legally accepted? Or can I sign my new name and just show my gazette copy as a proof. Please clear my doubt at the earliest.
Thanks in advance:)
My passport was deposited with a session court against court's order.

i have never travelled with new passport.

sir,
my fatherhas applied for dda 1979 housing scheme. my father died in 2009.he has got the allotment letter in 2010. now me and my brother has informed the dda authorities regarding the same .now dda is asking certain affidavit and other documents like consent letter ,relinquishment deed etc.
brief facts are as follows-
1) we are three people now in our family ,mother ,my elder brother(unmarried) and me.
2)now my mother has a flat in delhi which she purchased from original allotee of that flat on P.O.A,hire purchase etc 15 yrs ago.
3) now the problem is that dda has asked for the water bill .electricity bill of the flat bcz my father has given the correspondence address of the same flat in which my mother is the owner as per GPA.dda is asking that by what capacity you are residing in this home.
4) we have made a consent letter,relinquishment deed and other affidavit in favour of me(younger brother)
5) me and my brother have attained the age of majority,
6)The problem is that other bills are in name of original allottee but the electricity bill is in the name of my father .(but GPA is in the name of my mother ) that GPA has not been changed for the last 15 years.
now i am in a dilemma what to do?
either i should get transferred the electricity bill into my mother name.
and after that get a rent agreement ready between me and my mother .
plz advise .
