Dear Sir,
I am the General Power of Attorney of A lady and I have filed a Civil Suit on her behalf for her won acquired property the suit is under adjudication, and 3 month back she made a Will in my favour and her husband and elder son have signed as witnesses in the Will, but it is a un registered Will, One week ago she died. my Query is that whether I can won the property or not and whether the un registered Will will be accepted in the civil Court to continue the case. Please suggest.

Hi,
I need advice to change my wife's name by adding my name as Surname.
She has only First name and don't have surname in any of her certificate or documents.
Now she want to add my name as her surname.
I am bit confused, that is it enough to get the marriage certificate or do I need to follow all the name changing procedure (1. Affidavit, 2. news paper add, 3. Gazette notification?)
I want to apply passport for her with new name.
Is the marriage certificate comes with husband name as surname for Women?
Please advice.

CAN A UNREGISTERED WILL BE PREPARED IN A PLAIN PAPER OR IS IT NECESSARY TO PREPARE IT IN A NON JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER ?

Dear All,
One of my client entered into a sale agreement by paying an considerable amt of advance and has gone for housing loan. Due to delay in submission of documents gettiing valuation report and legal opinion is delayed. Again bank is taking its own time to process the loan. mean time the agreement period is coming to an end.
Please let me know what is the procedure to be followed to extend the period for another 1 month.

Dear Sir,
My name is Vignesh.I am planning to change my name as Vigneshwar due to numerological reasons. Numerologist suggested me to change my name as early as possible to get the positive vibes. I read in some forum that the name change procedure in gazette takes around 45 days. I am going to USA in the month of august for higher studies. For that, I may have to start the processes like Visa,flight booking,Immigration, etc in the last week of may. Please let me know if I can start my name change process now and use the old name for the aforementioned processes till the name gets changed in gazette? If yes, then please guide me on how to get the name changed in other docs before flying to USA. In a nutshell, I am planning to change my name in all the documents without any hassles and before going abroad. Is it feasible? Any suggestions will be of great help . Thanks in advance

Stamping and registration of lease deed
An agreement for letting out of property situated at Pusa Road for 15 years has taken place between the parties at aa agreed monthly rent for Rs.1,69,200/- (to be increased by 15% every three years) and security amount equivalent to six months rent.
Guidance is solicited as to (i) how much amount of stamp duty shall be payable for preparing Lease Deed for registration (2)With which office of the Sub Registrar to be approached for registration of the document (3) In case on presentation of document at the office of the Sub Registrar it is found that stamp duty has been paid less what shall be the remedy for getting the document registered in that case.
