Dear Sir,
my uncle had given me General Power of Attorney, which was duly notarised by the Notary advocate. but there was no witnesses signature in the POA. my query is if there is no witnesses signature in a POA is that valid under law? could you please advise under which section or law? thanks a lot.

Hi All,
Can somebody help me with the problem I am facing.
I want to apply for a fresh passport. My date of birth is 25th Feb,1991.
Issue is my surname,my father/mother's surname is missing from my birth certificate where as exist in all other certificate.
Please suggest what is the solution for this problem??

My child was born on 30.01.2014.Now that I haven't registered her birth within 21 days,the municipality people are asking for an affidavit signed by the executive magistrate.Plz mention what to write in the affidavit.Also plz mention what exactly is an affidavit.And stamp paper of what amount should be bought for the same?Thanks in advance..

Hi. What is the legal time limit for placing an ad in newspaper after affidavit?? Is there actually a time limit or is it we can place ad even after a Loooooong time after affidavit and which should be acceptable by Departments such as Passport, etc.??
Can you throw light on this??

Sir ,
Rent deed signed , both by the tenant and land lord on a green legal paper and is duly attested by the notary ,with notarial stamps . But with out any stamps (duty) . Is valid in court ? Or it is null and void ?

Obc ncl certificate
Hello,
My father was a Central University employee who passed away 2 months back.I belong to OBC Category but was not a part of NCL(Non Creamy Layer). SInce my father expired during the service as his retirement was due on 2016,as per the OBC rules I think i will come into the NCL category irrespective of my income or my mother's family pension.
Kindly clarify. Moreover,what all documents do I need to submit in the Tahseel to get it done? As most of the lawyers sitting there are not aware of this provision and asking a handsome amount to get the work done.
