Our Father and Mother are no more. Property belonging to our Father is up for sale and the buyer is seeking bank loan. We are 3 brothers and 2 sisters. The property is roughly 25 years old flat. We have all documents to support the property including Legal heir certificate and respective death certificates.
Bank is trying to say that we should change the property to our name in the revenue office before making sale inspite of Legal Heir and Death certificate available. Is it justified ?
Dear Sir,
Please advice if a guard is hired on contract on per month basis, the salary as per labour commissioner is for 26 days + 4 days leave i.e. for 30 days
Now if the agency is paying relieving charge 1/6th of all components of salary and taking services of the same guard, for the remaining 4 days, is the agency correct in doing so and we as principal employer allow this?
we are paying them all the components as per DGR rates including reliving charges.
PLEASE ADVISE

I and my husband were originally issued passports by RPO-Chandigarh in 1994. We moved to NOIDA later on and in 2004 applied for renewal of our passports to RPO-Ghaziabad. My husband was issued the renewed passport but my application was turned down stating that my 1-year stay at the given address was not verifiable. As my husband had to tavel abroad urgently we could not pursue my matter. Later we shifted to Ahmedabad and I applied for renewal of my passport (which was cancelled by RPO-Ghaziabad earlier). But RPO-Ahmedabad is insisting that I submit the letter from RPO-Ghaziabad explaining why passport was not given to me by them. During shifting from NOIDA to Ahmedabad that letter from RPO-Ghaziabad is misplaced and though I have the old cancelled passport I do not have the RPO-Ghaziabad file number. How to proceed in this matter?

I purchased e-stamp to register a resale flat I bought in Indirapuram, ghaziabad. The property address on the e-stamp was given as ahinsa khand 2,Indirapuram ghaziabad. However, this property is on the land if village kanawani which comes under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar. the sub-registrar (GB Nagar) did not register the sale deed quoting the wrong address. How can this be rectified?
