i am going to purchase a FLAT aging 10years and the vendor document has been documented as follows:In the stamp paper Schedule - A: 731.16 Sq. ft. out 5400 Sq. Ft. and Schedule - B: about the building only they were mentioned house, electicity, common deposit, house tax and other common aminities respect to the common Flat. But in the annexture they were mentioned UDS as 731.16 Sq. Ft. as said above. But regarding building area they mentioned 731.16 Sq. Ft. while cross verifing with the building through manual measurement build up area comes 786.10Sq. Ft. proportionate % on built up area that 13.54% (out of 5808.80Sq. ft.full building for 8 houses) as well as the common area comes 109.85 Sq. ft(13.54%)( out of 811.40 Sq.Ft. full common area for 8 houses and the extra area provide on request is 48.15% total salable flat area comes 944.10Sq. Ft. is available build up area the same has not mentioned in the document. It has been wrongly mentioned as 731.16Sq. ft. But we have to mention the building details as available in my register document. What is the necessary step has to be taken for the same, to avoid future problems.

Hello Experts,
I have a Query with respect to birth certificate.
I have kept name NM Aniruddh for my newly born son. In Birth Certificate, can i just give as it is or should i also give the expansion of initials and name. Because in Passport i hope full name is needed. So Can name with initial in birth certificate and full name with initial expansion in passport can be given? or for both birth certificate and passport expansion of name with initials needed? pls advice me

Will you please supply me specific format of affidavit given by presedent/Secretary at the time of registeration of society in Punjab.Also intimate me what is the provision of society act if out of seven memebers three members belongs to same family or related with each other(Blood relative)

Generally, we typed the agreements in Stamp Papers, like this we go to partnership deed, rental agreements , mortgage deed, sale agreements etc. Sometimes we register this with Registeration Departments, sometimes not.
Please let us know, which is correct to do. To Register or Not to Register with Registeration Departments.

Hi sir/madam,
I am from hyderabad,andhra pradesh.
What is the difference between legal hair and family members certificate.
My father expired 8 months back. He was APSRTC employee.( He have not nominated any one, but there are no legal problems as he has only one family)
We have received PF and gratuity amount on family members certificate. But they are refusing to settle other claims(SRBS, and SBT) on family members certificate issue by MRO.
They want only legal hair.
Please tell me what is the difference between them , and how and where we can obtail legal hair.

The PoA is for all legal matters for A's day to day affairs, A is an Individual being a NEWS PAPER vendor residing with wife, two childrens and having property and some bank balances.
wanted a PoA format for Party A executing on B ( Brother in Law) C( Friend) is it possible this way or C can be Wife?
