In case, a minor is admitted to the benefits of the partnership firm. Whether his natural gurdian (who is also the partner of the same firm) needs to sign the partnership deed on minor's behalf.
Thanks and Regards, Ateesh

BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.(A Reliance and Delhi Govt.joint venture) sent me notice to show cause ,why I should not be prosecuted for theft of electricity, calling me at their office 25 Kms away from my place, for which I visited them and gave them a reply in written showing several causes that why I should not be prosecuted for theft of electricity.
Now the question is I have several points to prove that BSES itself is at fault.
Like they install meters at open, common place which are accessible to one and all.
They are providing meters, whose readings can be increased and decreased without tampering their seals and BSES is well aware of this.BSES itself might be using some device to increase readings of meters to fleece money from its consumers.
While providing a fresh meter, there is no way for consumers to get a meter checked that it is not pre-tampered,so BSES can easily install a pre-tampered meter and later on frame the consumer for theft of electricity.
Even if a meter is found faulty due to some manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear, they accuse the consumers for tampering it and demand huge amount of money as penalty. They even charge this money according to the total load connected as if all the equipments connected are switched on all the times.
My point is can I send a show cause notice to BSES,that why they should not be prosecuted for all such irregularities and call them at my office ,similarly as they have called me to visit their office to show cause ??

BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. sent me a show cause notice,in reply to that,I wanna send some docs to it by Fax (as they have not provided E-mail I.D.on the notice), would I be able to prove in the court of Law that I actually sent it mine reply by Fax,I mean I would be having a simple computer generated slip of sending them faxes, would these slips be considered enough proof of sending the docs to the BSES by me ?
What are the other way outs ?

Deeds of conveyance in respect of two flats are in the name of my father. After his expiry,my brother and myself are the legal heirs of father's property.
I like to get the change of name in deed of conveyance. One flat in the name of my brother and another in my name.
My queries are-
(i)whether for change of name in deed of conveyance of such inherited property, am I required to pay full stamp duty and other charges?
(ii) What are the charges payable to government for such change of name in deed of conveyance.
QERY
HOW SHOULD I MAKE PHOTOCOPY(XEROX) AS GOOD AS ORIGINAL.OR AS TRUE COPY.
