This is for your information that as my original deed of my flat was with GIC Housing Finance Ltd., Kolkata Office, because for a housing loan taken against the same of an amt. 2,00,000/- ( Rupees Two Lacs only ). But, after refunding 1,50,000/- ( Rupees One lac Fifty Thousand Only ) with interest, the manager of GIC, wrote me a letter, that my ORIGINAL DEED IS LOST from their custody due to an accident caused.
I filed a case against them at DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM – BARASAT ( NORTH 24 Pgns.) WEST BENGAL at December 2010 but, the Judge dismissed it at Jan.2012 showing reason that I am not in a position to ask for my Original Deed because I still did not paid the rest due amount to GIC.
Now, I had cleared yesterday all my dues to GIC - KOLKATA. Now what should I do ? Because the forum, I think, was playing with me by giving such an order after one year which only instruct me to pay the dues to GIC but nothing to GIC about my lost deed.
Can I claim compensation from GIC - KOLKATA ? If so then where should I complain again and how ?

Hi,
I am writing this for my friend.His name is ARUNDEV in SSLC Certificate.But it is ARUN DEV in +2 and degree semeter marklists.Now while applying for degree certificate he was informed to change the name in all the certificates.Can anyone pls exlain the procedures for the same as early as possible?

premises is under two owner.
One owner is proprietor and other is employee.
proprietor needs noc for food safety certi.

A Death Certificate is issued under "Registration of Births and Deaths ct,1969".
Whether it being "Public Document"is per se admissible in evidence in criminal court?
OR one has to give the formal proof of its contents?

Dear Sirs,
We are the 171 tenants of one chawl in south mumbai, our landlord has sold the property in 2008 to one realtors company and his aim is to Re-develop the property. He didn't issued the rent receipts to till the date. Now out of 171 tenants he issued a letter to 38 tenants which The rent receipt holders are pased away, the landlord is asking to make two deeds 1) Declaration cum Indemnity Bond an 2) No Objection Certificate from the legal heirs of the premises. So please advice and give proper guidance.

My mother had made a Will as per my sister. In that Will One Advocate who is a notary also has signed as attested by and put his Notary stamp. One advocate has put his signature as identified by me.
Two Witness have also put their signature. I would like to know meaning of "attested by and identified by me" in above context.
