Hi,
I need your kind guidance to clarify a question I have and I think it's the best forum to address the same.
A tenant rental agreement is usually supervised by a Lawyer and the Lawyer charges some consultation fee for the same either from flat owner or from tenant. Is it not mandatory for the Lawyer in India to put his details like his signature, registration number, stamp etc on the agreement paper?
If the details are not provided in the agreement paper where is the proof that the agreement was administered by the said lawyer?
I need the answer bit urgent and will really appreciate if you can response me back today.
Thanks in advance for all your kind consideration and guidance.
Regards,
Arun

Sir,
I hold a land in Sriperumbudur which I bought 10 years back , just two years back I wanted to pledge in a bank and take loan, on verification it was found that patta was missing. Subsequently I approached the registered office to collect the patta who in turn asked me to get all the parent document. With great difficulty without paying a penny sincerely I applied and successfully got got after 2 long years, Now for the past one year I am running around for patta wherein they have asked me to put a recitification deed as my Sale Deed Survey Number does not match with the original Survey No. where my plot sits. With great difficulty I found out the man who has signed my Sale Deed to sign in the thiruthal Pathiram. Since he being a lawyer he is not willing to come and sign . Now kindly advice how do I get my Patta? Kindly help me out!! Sir

Sir/Mam I am supposed to join in a company which has asked me to furnish an indemnity bond with surety as my immediate family member[FATHER/MOTHER].
But I am unable to comprehend how to fill the details of the bond?
The format of the bond says :
This Indemnity is made and executed at ____________________________ (Current Location)
This current location should be my home town [where i am going to make this from notery] or my place of joining which is chennai ?
Tranfer of vehicle documents on sale
My son sold his two wheeler to a garage fellow without getting the form 30 signed by the buyer, who promised he will get this in a few days. This happened a few months back! The RTO is not accepting form 29 which is signed only by the seller.Even the delivery note given by the buyer is not acceptable. The RTO privately told me ,I can lodge a complaint to the Police of theft of the vehicle and the fellow will certainly come round! Is this o.k.?
I am worried that the vehicle is still in the name of my son and any mishap could land my son in trouble.
I have also requested the garage fellow that I will share some expenses like Insurance etc.And warned that the consequences will be serious if he does not do the transfer imm..Seeing me he has promised he will needful in a week. Can I resort to what the RTO privately advised me so that at least there will be a record in Police books!
