Dear Expert,
My friend was sent a courier to me which is contains business agreements. Unfortunately the cover has been lost in the courier office. Now the company saying they will compensate only Rs.100/-.
How can i get the more money from because I has to go to another company to go for agreement which costing Rs.2,000/- to me.

A Document for sale of Land was executed in the Year 1988.In the schedule though all the Boundaries were noted correctly the Road was mentioned as North instead of South.In the neighboring Land Holder schedule was also made same mistake, where the Road was mentioned as South instead of North.The seller for both the land is same and his where abouts are not known. Kindly advise the manner in which the Corrected Document be executed by both the Purchasers in absence of seller.

Muslim mother's registered GPA to elder son in 1984.3sons&3married daughters at the time of GPA.I purchased land thru gpa on unregisterd sale deed of RS.5/-stamp paper in 1986.Unfortunately mother expired in 2009.Now gpa holder ready to register and 2sons and her husband ready to give no objection certificate.How can I leglised the process? Kindly suggest me.

the vendor will assist the prospective purchasers for procuring the no -dues certificate for the BOB & for release of all deeds deposited with the bank directly in their favour.

A Father of minor child has opened PPF accont in minor's name and unfortunately minor died in an accident.At present balance lying in above said PPF account is Approx. Rs.4,00,000/-.There is no nomination in force for above PPF account.
So,kindly guide me whether succession certificate can be obtained for estste of deceased minor's estate?or His father should opt for Letter of Administration?Also clarify what is cealing limit of Letter of Administration?

while going through the registered document,pan no of the partner is wrongly entered.
agreement is executed between Private co & partnership firm.
to whom's pan no is required?
i know that co & firm both of pan no is required.
shall it is mandatory or option to mention the pan no of person i.e.director of co & partner of the firm .

Can a Developer avail private funding in which he assures the profits / interest on investment in the fixed period.
Or the said Agreement is to be clubbed with sale of constructed unit/s.
