I, a flat owner, had initiated a writ petition in High Court of Madras on CMDA and the case is numbered..
The Secretary of the association having the same cause of action wants to co-plead in the case with me.
Can he file the co-plead petition during the course of hearing or should have filed the same as and when I filed the petition initially?

Me and my wife got married in the year 1997. Recently during applying for passport , we realised that we have only copy of Application form of marriage certificate dated 1997. Since it was only a copy of Application form ( NOT a marriage certificate ) , it was not treated as valid document at passport office.Can you tell me ;
1) whether I can ask for marriage certificate based on the copy of application form i am having ?
2) if yes , where i need to go in Pune ?

Dear Sir,
I had entered in to registered agreement with the builder in pune in 2008 which contained the clause-
" Promoters have informed the purchaser that promoters shall develop / construct the said property / building/s either themselves and / or through any other contractor/s..Purchaser shall be liable to pay and shall pay sales tax, service tax or any other taxes levied by the Govt. if applicable on sale or otherwise on any transactions in execution of or in connection with this transaction in proportion to the cost or area of the said premises as applicable on demand made by the promoters or before taking possession of the said premises whichever is earlier the purchaser is agreeing to pay such sales tax, service tax or any other taxes if and when the said becomes payable."
I got the possession of the flat in 2009 with conveyance deed and now it has been registered under housing society. Now my question am i liable to pay sales tax if demanded by the government? as per the ambiguity of the clause i feel that my responsibility is over the moment i got the possession of the flat.

After divorce I am remarried again and I have to delete my ex- wife' s name from my passport, please resolve my queries :
1. If I want deletion of ex wife's name only without addition of present wife's details then what will be written on passport after reissuance
2. Is it necessary to add present wife's details in my passport

Dear Sir,
My query is I had one affidavit which was notarised by the director of the company. It came to my notice that the surname of director was wrongly written after it being notarised.
Please give me solution for making correction as director is not in town and i have to make an application to ROC at the earliest.

one of my friend had sold his motorcycle to someone 3 years ago but the buyer till date hadn,t applied for transfer of the bike on his name. can my friend, the seller, initiate any legal proceeding against the buyer?

Issuing of share certificate in case of deceased member
what will be the solution in case :
1. society formed in 2007 by promoter, handed over in Nov 2009, certificates issued in 2012.
2. 'A' purchased flat from promoter, sold to 'B' and 'C' (jointly) in 2009, 'B' died in 2010-11 without nomination. C asking to issue share certificate. Share certificate is in the name of 'A' as of now. What formalities committee or party should complete ?
*we are issuing certificates now after formation of scoeity*
