Hi Experts,
I have applied fresh passport .My problem is that my all documents are old address(my uncle's house)but i living at other place. when police comes for verification it find all thing is ok but they are not agree for living to other place
i want to know that in this case my application can be rejected or any other way to correct it. police demanding money to process my application further.
so please tell me what is batter way.

Sir/Madam,
I purchased a revenue site in Bangalore in 2002 from a layout owner who sold me the site through his wife, who had the GPA rights. The GPA has been registered at the Sub registrar office records in that jurisdiction. My site was also registered at the same Sub registrar office and I possess the original sale deed of the property.
However, I did not receive the copy of the seller's GPA document. I must confess, I was not that knowledgeable 11 years ago w.r.t property deals and missed requesting the copy of GPA document.
Now, I have decided to sell the site to a prospective seller and I realized that the GPA copy is not available, only when i started the sale discussion.
I tried approaching the owner to obtain a photocopy of the GPA document but I am not able to reach him.
Hence can you please explain me the procedure to obtain a photo copy of the GPA document from the Sub-registrar's office?

I have bought flat but builder still not start consturction . he is saying if you given one lac i will return to you 1 lac 75 thousand in 18 month builder required this money for purchase another land for development.
I would like to ask what document is valid for proof for that.he is ready to make agreement stated with i will return 1 lac after twelve months remain next 6 months written on an agreement. shall i invest money.
is it valid proof an agreement for that ?

Hello,
My parents passport have spelling mistake in surname,In all documents it is Awanti but in passport it is Awanthi. They are planning to travel abroad in 3-4 months. But problem is their address has changed from the address stated in passport, so it will be as good as Applying for new passport.
My question is if we create a affidavit and publish in paper that Awanti and Awanthi both are same, will that work for Visa? They will be travelling on tourist/visitor visa.

my legal name on my voter card adhaar card bank accounts etc is ranbir singh. though my 10th class certificate have 2 names rocky sandhu alias ranbir singh sandhu
now i want to apply for a passport with main name ranbir singh. Should i mention ranbir singh sandhu as alias? would i have to give proof of the alias ranbir singh sandhu?
and do i need to mention rocky sandhu too? though its not used anywhere now and i dont need it but i need ranbir singh sandhu as its on my educational certificates of 10th and above classes.

X agrees to buy Y's land (L) for a consideration of Rs.25,00,000/- and paid Rs.10,00,000/- as an advance and as such entered a sale agreement with Y stating the execution of sale deed within 3 months from date of sale agreement by paying balance consideration amount. But on date of sale agreement, X requested Y to execute a power deed in favour of Z for his easy payment of balance consideration. Beliving the same, Y (principal), executes a valid registered general power of attorney (POA) in favour of Z (power holder/agent) with respect of dealing with Y's land (L). But after the lapse of said 3 months, X n Z has not acted as per wat they obliged to Y. Now witout the knowledge of Y and suppressing earlier sale agreement, Z, as power agent enters a sale agreement wit P in respect of Y's land (L) for Rs.35,00,000/- and recevies advance amount n deposits in his account. Knowing tis later,before Z executing sale deed in favour of P, Y cancelled the POA thro a registered power cancellation deed by orally intimating about the revocation of POA to X n Z. Hence Z unable to execute sale deed in.r.of P and files a case to cancel such cancellation of power on the ground of non issuance of written notice of revocation.
Now whether such unilateral cancellation of POA by Y is valid?
Whether issuance of written notice of revocation is mandatory before cancellation of POA?
Wat other remedy vest wit Y in securing his land (L).

Mr x has taken loan from Y for his business and personal use amount into rs 300000/-, for which x given 4 promissory Notes of rs 75000/- each signed by him and witnessed by his Mother and wife and written by his younger brother in favor of Y all the details are filled except date
are they valid Promissory Notes as they lack the date
