Typographical error found post-notarisation of affidavit

The Affidavit has been duly notarised with required compliance to the Notaries Rules(along with seal and signatures as per Section 8(2) of notaries act). But after that, we found that there was an error in the affidavit. So we corrected it in pen, and the same Notary stamped/sealed it after verifying. However, he did not sign or write his initials on this stamp/seal. Does that pose a problem?

Also, does it make a difference if this change in affidavit is big or small(as long as it has the seal of notary)?

Loan and emi by husband for cooperative house from employer but want to add wife name in registry

Loan taken from employer before a few year by husband for cooperative society house and loan EMI from employer still continue and flat,s original share certificates deposited to employer. Should /can husband add his wife name in home Registry document while cooperative house society has no objection to add wife name in registry document?

Unregistered partnership firm

In unregistered partnership is it mandatory to give public notice at large after withdrawl of name from partnership firm .

Vakalatnama

I am in the process of appointing an Advocate. Please advice.

What clause can I add in the Vakalatnama so I have the right to terminate the Vakalatnama with my advocate without getting his No Objection and appoint another advocate without going through any problem with my current advocate and court process.

Change of surname in sale deed

Hello all, i am looking to purchase a flat from a lady in Mumbai. Issue is the said flat was registered in 2012 in 'x' surname after couple of years she got divorced and got married due to which her surname has now changed. though she has all the relevant documents with the new surname for proof like aadhar, pan card, name change affidavit and newspaper ad, i am still concerned regarding the whole process and how will be the new agreement for sale will be drafted and all documents required for the same. plz advice

Mortgage deed

My Question is if the Property is Located in U.P.
Can a Mortgage Deed be recorded in Delhi or it has to be recorded in the city where property is Located?

Also if a GPA can be used to record the Mortgage Deed?

Criminal act by management by invalid transfer


A management grade is employee is transferred to non core area of marketing department, the CPSE employee challenged the same in HC,against the purpose of appointment but, failed get relief as per HC judgments.
1.The transfer order dated 10-10-13 from core area department to non core area department of marketing reporting GM- marketing
2.The CPSE employee,didn't report to transferred location but, goes to HC for relief from 10-10-13 to 25-12-13 almost 75days.
3.Based on HC orders employee reports on duty on 26-12-13,with medical leaves and medical fitment.
4.The medical leaves are approved and sanctioned by GM- HRD on 26-12-13(as per the transfered order dated 10-10-13 the employee reporting officer is GM-Marketing not GM-HRD,Normally reporting HOD will sanction leave's)
5.Based on leave sanctioned by GM-HRD,salary slip and salary is made(The salary slip do not mention designation and department, though the leaves are sanctioned by GM-HRD,hence the employee default deemed to be reporting to GM- HRD)
6.CPSE is forced to join and report to marketing department on 1-01-14,based on transfer order dated 10-10-16,without fresh transfer order from HRD to Marketing department.
The employee argument is that as per transfer order dated 10-10-13, the employee reporting department is marketing and reporting authority is GM-Marketing,hence leaves sanctioning authority from 10-10-13 ? not GM-HRD?
The period from transfer order dated 10-10-13 to 26-12-13 the employee was in HRD department, as per the leave sanctioning authority I.e.GM-HRD and over ruled the transfer order dated 10-10-13 by management?
CPSE forcing employee to join marketing department and reporting to GM-Marketing, the HRD department was failed issue new transfer order as on 1-01-14,instead forced join marketing department based on previous transfer order dated 10-10-13,is it crime by CPSE?
Based on leave sanction and salary payment authority the employee was in HRD department from 10-10-13 to 26-12-13 not marketing department?
What ever happened to employee in marketing department from 1-01-14 till to day,w.r.t work,salary, promotion, leaves sanctioned by marketing HOD is null and void?
FINALLY THE TRANSFER ORDER DATED 10-10-13 IS ILLEGAL ,AFTER LEAVES SANCTIONED BY HRD DEPARTMENT AND SALARY PAYMENT FROM HRD DEPARTMENT ?
What way the employee can get relief in legal forum and can he take granted that the transfer order dated 10-10-13 null and good,CPSE illegally forced to slog in marketing department from 1-01-14 to till today?

Greetings!

I am an Indian National who got married with foreigner in overseas Country in 1984 and we both registered our marriage with the Indian Consulate in the country of residence and also with the local government.

We have been issued certificate of marriage registration by the Consulate General of India. My wife is holding OCI Card.

I wish to know that during our visit to India. can we register our marriage with Marriage Registrar in India based on the certificate of registration issued by Consulate Office in 1984 and what will be the procedure.

What type of affidavit or other documents are to be prepared/presented.

I have all my previous passports which also shows my wife's name.

I need specific information that is about family member certificate and legal heirship certificate...
1.my wife was from Gujarat state and iam from Hyderabad ...She died in Hyderabad...And she had flat on her name in Gujarat state...My question is from where I should apply for family member certificate.. Hyderabad or Gujarat?
2. Same thing is from where I should apply for legal heirship certificate?(property is in Gujarat state)

Register opc under spice

I want to register OPC in Delhi under Spice, where and how to do it. ROC is not very friendly when visited. Online is complicated for not so literate computer users like shopkeepers and small businessmen in Delhi. Your help will help many like my clients. I am a consultant for a NGO working for poor humankind for their self esteem, dignity and self employment for self subsistence legally and lawfully in society as law abiding respectable citizen, my query in question to my expert and honourable friends was simple to the point and clear, as many of our members and clients of our NGO want to know the procedure to register OPC under SPICE and I wrote to all my esteemed expert friends as said above, but the reply I got is divine and BY EXPERTS THEMSELVES in the reply box is for you to check for yourselves. How can poor and not so literate poor man have faith on our legal system and experts-now lies on our experts and seniors to decide.
Please help, now with my queries in question for the sake of common man.
