I need a peice of advice. SUppose I have to rent out a flat in Delhi/Noida for 11 months, whether I should get it through a lease agreement or a leave and licence agreement. Which is better for my legal safety.

Sir i have been living in himachal for last 24 years my father has been living in himachal for last 35 years he has been issued domicile certificate but when i applied for said certificate authorities refused to issue said document we have been residing on rented property for last 30 years i have 10+2 certificate issued by himachal pardesh school education board which i passed in 1994. Can i get bonafide certificate
We have corporate office in Mumbai hence open bank account with Mumbai address for our Chennai branch. Now we have deposited one cheque in Chennai bank and that is dishonored due to fund insufficient, we wanted to file case in Chennai but Chennai advocate insisting to file in Mumbai because bank have Mumbai address but we have deposited the cheque in Chennai, pls suggest what to do thanks
Hi sir I had got a call from turkey from a event company that they want a Bollywood troup to perform in hotels in Turkey I got a invitation letter from the company stating tourist purpose to see the country when I went there they made a contract with me on there letter head that I will arrange all the troup and I will get salary from them monthly they said to me that the will make work permit after the group comes to Turkey on tourist visa now the company send me money in part part and also send me false air ticket I told that give proper money or I backout then they complained in the consulate that I made breach of contract as they are responsible for all the late processing and also the false ticket I got a call from consulate that the company wants money back as I used the money for the process I said that the company send fraud ticket and made it late how I breach the contract I have never been outside country this is the first and last time cause I m very depressed what can I do now I also have some transaction recipt but cash transactions I don't don't have recipt even I paid for my own visa can this contract be legal I have signed on it but no notary is there only the company letter head is there and sign and stamp of the company how can I get out of this problem

One of my friends recently changed her name by undergoing a legal process. But lately she noticed a small typing mistake in the affidavit that she had used for changing her name after it was notarized. In one of the contexts, her son's name was supposed to be mentioned in the affidavit as her name in his birth certificate had to be referred. While making this reference in her name change affidavit her son's name was mentioned as “Prakash, K.” instead of “Prakash K.”
Will this typo in the affidavit cause any issues? Should it be corrected? If so, what is the procedure?
Need legal advise for saledeed of old property before year 2001

I want some information about this question :
I purchased flat in Ahmadabad (Gujarat) - India in 2005 from Developer at that time they give us Share Certificate, Allotment Letter, Position Letter and Payment Receipts.
At that time Developer makes Co.Op.Ha.Society in 2001. Also Purchased Land from Name of Co.Op.Ha.Society in 2000. Developer had given me Sale deed for Land and he done Registered as banakhat from sub registrar office in Ahmadabad in year 2000.
But after occur earthquake in year 2002 Scheme was stopped. Than after he had started construction in the year 2004 for the same & they got BU permission in the year 2005. I had got possession in the year 2006. Letter of Possession & Allotment Letter issued in the year 2001.
Now i want to sale this property and buyers need loan facility for the same & for loan requirement & bank formalities he required Registered SALEDEED from my side so either builder or else chairman secretary of housing society can give any gateway? Builder already denied for this issue they told me that they cannot help me due to a very old scheme & many years passed on it. So if you have any suggestion or legal act or you can find any way please let me know.
