Hindu Law by Mulla Gupte's and Mohd., Law by Verma are the good books.

or Hindu Law by N.R.Ragavachariar.

Paras Diwan's Muslim Law Or Mulla on Muslim Law.

P.L.Malik's Labour and Industrial Laws.

Mulla on CPC. Sarkar on CPC.

The Books mentioned by lrd friends are Very good books -in addition to the above books , you require local Advocates Written Hindu law Book - to have clear picture on Hindu Law with reference to local Customs and other attending legal impacts on the Family legal matters .
