"The Industrial Disputes Act" written by Sh. O.P. Malhotra (in two volumes) is treated very authoritative in this field. There are other authors also who have written on this particular subject. But, once you read the above said book, you get complete understanding on this subject.
You may also consider "Industrial Law" by Mr.P.L.MALIK which is also in two volumes. These volumes contain all industrial and labour laws.

Books of O.P.Malhotra and P.L. Mallik both the books are good Books.But Malhotra is better one.
