Bond signing by new management committee

Kindly confirm whether new management committee of the society needs to be singed bond M-20 or not as per amendments.

1. Provision of "M20 Bond" execution was "discontinued /scrapped", in September-2013, AFTER the amendment to the Maharashtra Coop. Societies Act, 2013.
