Blackmailing and influencing a complainant and witness

If during a criminal proceeding the complainant and prosecution witnesses are blackmailed and influenced out of court, under which section of law can they complain about same and before whom ?

1-Accused's bail may be canceled under 439(2) Cr.P.C. on such ground.

2-Complaint may be filed under Sec 201 IPC against these person.

3- If witnesses agree they may file complaint for such threats.

agree with Mr.Arvind and you also file complaint before the police and/or before the court itself for blackmailing the witnesses by the influence.
